I love that you don't shy away from doing a chocolate cake, it's so refreshing. I feel like every time you see a cake tutorial it's on a lame vanilla cake with vanilla buttercream. The whole concept of doing the 3 different chocolates was inspiring; and I loved the marble glaze because I feel like it kept it modern.
