I recommend using Jivans practise map to do the free build with different speeds cause raiders map doesnt change the jump speed so you jump further and drop slower
raiders map does change the jump speed which version are you using?
i use jivans map every morning for 1hour freebuild and i’ve improve dramatically in 2 days

Do you use edit on release?
i personally dont like the speed training, it messes me up badly when i switch back to my normal sens and it takes me so long to adjust back to my normal sens, it messes up my aim too and just coordination in general, but what works for one person wont always work for the next
No it not that the rule of thumb for playing on lower or higher sens is do the opposite after then normal so you get re used to it and maybe do aim training after it if it still doesnt work

I for some reason can barely build now that I’ve returned to the game like I can barely do a triple edit I always end up placing the wall while trying to edit the cone up, I got about a 40% of doing one let alone 2 back to back haha any tips?

For the speed training what should I do for controller
i think the same applies. dividing your sensitivity in half (including builds) but im not sure if the benefits are the same on controller. i asked my friend on controller if he thinks it would be useful and he said he's too scared to switch his sens 😂

I have my pickaxe bind in my mouse, and build binds on my keyboard, so taht I dont move my fingers or waste movements to pull it out
I recommend no edit on release. It’s cool to be mechanical, I can hit 8 quad edits on edit on release but there is no point. You play smarter and take smarter peaks with edit on release off
Is it good on controller?
I do play controller and I have paddles so I don’t use eor, but if you just have Xbox or ps4-5 controller with no Paddles you shouldn’t have eor off.

it just looks faster but makes little sense why it would be faster or better to build like that.. its also alot tougher if you dont have pickaxe on scroll wheel .. for me at least
