Not really.. Most of the drugs in his body are opioids. You may think that he took all of those narcotics , but he didn't. The opioids metabolize into other compounds. Hydrocodone metabolizes into Hydromorphone and later morphine. And then I'm sure the other stuff are codeine metabolites. Usually they just test for the drug class aka do you have opioids, benzos, etc in urine. But this case they seemed to do a comprehensive test, so that picked up all the metabolites.
I'm sure Sosa was just smoking that loud and drinking lean, maybe popped a Norco (hydrocodone). I don't remember the exact pharmacology, but you can look it up if you're interested.

The dreads, the raw/crude lyrics about the gang life , the spread of Chicago lingo (Opps, Thot, ganggang etc.) he is almost single handedly responsible for the style shift of the rap game for the greater part of the 2010-2020 decade. A lot of the corny fools that have came into and out of the spotlight since need to pay homage to the grandfather of this shit. And I do mean grandfather, keef is old by Chiraq standards
