    Klipsch is an amazing brand. I have two of the later tower speakers in my room, I can hear them easily across my two acre yard from inside my fairly soundproof house. They have such amazing sound that I feel like I’m having an out of body experience every time I hear them lol

    My favorites that I've had so far are my Polk XT60 towers. I've had Sony, pioneer, cerwin vega, klh, and jvc. Overall sound is way better than anything else I've had. Bass is surprisingly good, considering my last towers were KLH 12". Just sounds way more balanced. Everyone that has heard them has said there's no way I don't have a sub hooked up somewhere lol.

    I know a person will always "hear" the SVS through the colorization of their computer speakers but with my large Klipsch CF-4's and sealed 15" sub the sound that came through was fantastic. I really liked the overall balance of the SVS, it had a very pleasant sound.

    All these are great for the price. But very different beast. You need to be more informative. Klipsch, easy to power. Sonus Fabre need 75-100 solid state. KEF like power too. The 3050s are tuff to beat for the money. Jbl 890s if you catch them on sale are nice too. Also all Sonus Fabre Venere line are not hand built in Italy but the orient side of the Ocean. Read some reviews watch some U tube lots of great choices out there now at this price point. But remember some speakers take more power to run

    99.9% of comments = my speakers are better than these. People don't seem to realize that these "top ten" videos are just someone's opinions and shouldn't be considered anything else. Want a "top ten" speaker; go listen to as many speakers as you can and then pick the ones that sound best to you.

    • @danielardeline5247
      @danielardeline5247 5 лет назад

      I agree. There's always "How come you didn't include 'xyz' speaker just because I happen to own them", and "I just listened to 'abc' speaker and it's the best I've ever heard because I say so", responses that add little value to anybody. I feel the original poster did do a pretty good job of comparing and contrasting the different models (I don't have the time or the inclination to come up with such a commentary). There's a social commentary to be made about how it's harder to audition in person these days, making online reviews of any sort more valuable. Most of us are also aware that there's only so many real speaker designs, with far more makes and models than there are real products. What I look at is how the manufacturer deals with the compromise necessary to meet a certain price point: I tend to look for quality drivers at a reasonable price, rather than glitzy finishes or fancy cabinets.

      Probably the worst sounding speakers ever made.For one thing they have no crossover on the woofer so the cone break up interferes with the midrange and treble.

    • @dmptcb

      u don’t need a crossover on the woofer most great speakers don’t and it’s the top selling model jbl sold so u don’t know what u are talking about

    This review is a joke (The Klipsch and Sonus Fabers are good) but to say best? and then add high end option? This guy is clueless! The Veneers are Sonus Faber entry level speakers....they are good but SF makes much better ones, not to mention so many other makes instead of the trash mentioned in begining of vid!

    Just another Amazon kickbackee trying to make a work free buck with a post. He probably hasn't heard even one of these speakers. How can he recommend something he's never heard? He didn't even make the video.

    Wouldn't the topic be more accurate if you said something like "Highly rated tower speakers under $5K" ? Your idea of BEST may be completely different from everyone else's and honestly you are no more qualified than anyone else to make that determination. Also with cost no object, not one of these speakers would be even in the top 100 BEST!

      @@bigelile07 No. Look up the word tower and it doesn't refer to something waist high. I own towers and I own floor standing speakers. They are not even close to the same size. Why must people feel the need to describe things inappropriately? They have been called floor standing speakers for decades and the professional reviewers still do. What's next? Do you refer to projectors as TVs now?

    • @carlosoliveira-rc2xt

      @@bigelile07 It appears I can't reply to your email to me. Did you delete it? At any rate, 42" is waist high to me. Towers are taller than myself where I have to look up to see their tops. You know, where they "tower" over you. You do notice how the narrator repeatedly correctly states "floor standers" instead of the title "towers".
      Have I made my point clear or do you insist that 42" to 46" speakers are towers?

    Buy used. There has been virtually no meaningful improvement in loudspeaker performance for decades. Some of the best designs date back decades ago. Find a better speaker for the money than an Infinity Renaissance 90 from 28 years ago which on the second hand Market will stomp on anything listed here.
