Cashflow and appreciation for detached homes are quite great in downtown area. Yes they are not as beautiful as Other parts of Windsor. But the Return of Investment is undoubtedly great. Let me know if you need more details. One Final thing - Windsor downtown houses are not just house, but also BUSINESS.
