The Devil in blue will always prevail
When it comes to 4 strokes, yep all the time :)
marfy01 devil in the blue dress baby!!! They brought the best sled back, and they did it right!
I personally would have liked to see the srx stick to it's two stroke in the new viper chassis's with more displacement 700 up to 800 1000 cc
@@turdsan8677 Actually, it essentially is. The only thing that is not Arctic Cat is the motor. The chassis (which is a critical component of any vehicle) is designed and made by Arctic Cat. The quality between Cat's chassis and Ski-Doo's Chassis isn't even debatable.
Snow trax was my favourite thing to watch when I was a kid . I cannot believe you guys don’t have more subscribers !
It's a slow build but we're gaining daily.
I'm sure the new BRP turbo is nice, but nice isn't what turbo buyers want! We want ridiculous, like shooting mice with a 10 gage!
Todd Grant I’ve done that before. No mouse just yuck. Have a good one brother.
Todd Grant that’s true if you’re going to go. Go all the way

The Yamaha is much more powerful but the 900 Doo handles much better in the twisties. Both awesome sleds and both have their pluses and minuses
fast spooling, liquid cooling and will leave your mouth drooling
I haven't owned or ridden a snowmobile in years but I just happen to stumble across this video and found it hilarious that the debate between Yamaha and BRP exists beyond the world of PWC's.
Love how the 998 is always "180+ hp" even though they put down over 200 from the factory. I hate to be another hater. But it kills these guys to give yamaha any credit whatsoever. It gets old after a while.
in sweden they're sold doing 270 hp from yamaha dealers
It’s not them. Yamaha rates them at 180hp. They have said many times that the figure is actually closer to 200hp
@@Zeffy55 sure. But a fresh sled off the factory floor puts out almost 210 on the dyno.. they know that too. Rarely do you hear them say anything but 180hp.
The 180hp figure is the absolute lowest that a person will ever experience (comes from warm temperatures at ultra high elevations). 212 hp is more accurate at normal winter temperatures and lower elevations in Wisconsin, Minnesota etc…
I like 4 stroke turbos. I spring checked a 2012 1100 turbo cat, worked the bugs out and have a rock solid sled with 10,000 miles and going strong, I ride with confidence. At 16 mpg and $2 a gallon gas, I almost feel guilty riding this 180 hp rocket, bullet proof.
If you plan on keeping long term and just like to ride, 4 strokes are hard to beat imo.
Make sure to service or upgrade your chaincase. Known flaw and you dont want to get stranded.
I remember when the first turbo kits for the Rx1 came out and stage 1 was just incredible on the lake drags. I drove a big bore SRX triple for years and I will never forget the days of the triple two strokes.
The 2019 Ski-Doo Renegade X-RS 900 ACE TURBO is actually a four stroke engine, not a two stroke, the two stroke engine is the 850 ACE E TEC. The 900 ACE TURBO Dry Weight is 536 lbs. A Yamaha Sidewinder depending on the length of the track weighs in at about 620 lbs.
You know, I must say there are two great things about the 998 turbo. Not just what it is in stock form, but also what it can be.
With less then overwhelming effort it can be readily converted from great white shark on the lake to invincible megalodon monster.
It is an engine that has tons more to give without changing the real bones.
It’s almost difficult to imagine that the 998 is the fastest and most powerful production snowmobile engine ever created to date.
great video, love the shape of the ski-doo and the color of the Yamaha
Correct me if you didn't misphrase. you said the 900 is "beefed up with cast pistons". Forged are the beefier option as long as people warm them up properly
Arctic Cat - Yamaha built the most amazing 4 stroke Turbo Sled. END OF STORY. Why is this up to debate???? REALLY?????
Because snowtrax has to try to talk up ski-doo. Their bias is embarrassing.
Mike the Executioner funny if you rode both then you would know the Yamaha rides just as nice. Any sled you buy new you have to adjust for you and your style of riding and with the Arctic cat chassis the Yamaha is just as good. Coming from a guy that owns both Yamaha and ski doo.
Because its heavy and the suspension is so bad it might as well not be there
@@toddcatlin4749 Huh? Watch the video again, watch it a second time. I think they did a great job of being objective. Come on, be realistic; differrences between the two are so miniscule it doesn't really matter. In the real world, both sleds will surpass anyone's wildest expectations. It's like trying to figure out which is wetter........distilled water or tap water.
@John P the prices on sleds and motocross bikes are way more than they should be. Also when you look at parts or to replace a motor it’s right up there with a car motor which has way more parts for about the same price. Ridiculous.
Both are incredible machines, but if these sleds are aimed at instant power they will eventually turn electric. As far as 4 strokes, I still put my faith in Yamaha. For longevity and build quality, they still seem to be the way to go. But, Ski-Doo is making large strides in this segment. It's all personal preference.
They won't go electric....batteries are too heavy for these types of vehicles and also have very poor performance characteristics in cold temperatures.
taigamotors.ca/snowmobiles/
They exist but it’s unlikely that they’re all around better.
@Mike Miller I disagree. Yamaha is a motor company and the first to go four stroke. Since then, they have built a large handful of legendary motors. I'm sorry but skidoo cannot compete with the reliability, quality, and power of a yamaha four stroke, simple.
@Mike Miller Yamaha offers 20 year 160,000km(100,000 mile) warranty on new 4 strokes. Ski-doo wouldn't dare back their own product like that and you call them bullet proof.....
@@nate199813 cat was the first to go 4 stroke. As far as reliability, ski Doo hasn't had a reliability issue with any of their 4 stroke motors. None of the manufacturers have actually. Quality is a different story. Yamahas quality was not good. They couldn't engineer their way around a chassis if their business depended on it. That's why they let Arctic cat do that now. Yamaha has not built a great all around snowmobile until cat came into the picture. Have you ever seen the suspension on an Apex, nytro, or phazer? They were the heaviest piles of junk out there. I'm a fan of Yamaha, but I think your looking through blue colored glasses if you think nothing was close. Reality is nobody could compete with ski doo's 2009 1200 until 2012. And the other 4 strokes didn't step beyond the 1200 until 2017... That was a decade of dominance and is the reason ski Doo outsells the other 2 manufacturers in 4 strokes even if you combined them.
The machines that are being produced today are pretty incredible across the board no matter who manufactures them. I don't care what anyone says, a riders skill can make more difference than a few horsepower but none of that matters wrapped around a tree.
From my experience the yamaha's are just so much more reliable.
Haha not a chance.
@@UvidCo ha ha yes they are show me a ski doo with 26,000 to 50,000 miles!
@@bradymxr4659 I can show you a fleet of them (with 5 ski-doo over 75000 kms from 06). Since we have been using Ski-doo, Yamaha and A/C for the past 10 years at our sled tours here in BC. So again Yamaha ain't as reliable especially now with AC chassis. We don't have the fleet size we used to have before this Covid bs but yeah yam ain't like they were even from only a few years ago.
We've had two brand Yamaha's break the shock at the bracket with it bolts to the ski with less than 1000kms on one and just over 500kms on another and a blown piston on the same one when it hit just over 750km not counting other issues over the years.
Three years or so ago we lost the motor in an Apex that we used for demo's at ground level.
Of course they are still more reliable than cat but not by much since the chassis change, now our sleds get a pounding from customers but out of the three brands we have used Skidoo is more reliable.
We gave up buying new Cat three years ago because of problems and will only buy them used with low kms just to cut cost.
@@UvidCo well from what you mentioned that broke shocks are not made by Yamaha. And seeing you brought up shocks I’ve seen them break or seal give out on every sled. Again maintaining a sled is a big plus. Everyone that talks about Yamaha being reliable just like the one guy is talking about motors. Even this channel the guy has mentioned numerous times on other videos Yamaha has the most reliable motor and he has seen them as well with over 50,000 miles. Also don’t tell me ski doo is so reliable cause I’ve seen many recalls for motor replacements, wiring harnesses cause of sleds burning to the ground and so on. My friend works at a ski doo dealership he tells me what’s good and what to stay away from in the years they have problems. I also have a ski doo and Yamaha so you know I’m not just one brand guy. I just know overall 4stroke wise Yamaha has reliability down better with their motors. I hope with Yamaha working with A/C things get better like their fit to finish has been which Yamaha has been known for on their bikes and other equipment as well.
You are not the only one, Yamaha keeps the rep in motorcycles and ATVs. Strange thought, add a motor modification that forces cold air at insane volumes into an engine and match it with a fuel injection system that can use all that air and it goes faster...? Huh. Ski Doo is not up to this comparison, tired of finding ways to lift Ski Do up among clearly superior sleds with things that are mostly unnoticeable or easily ignored by most riders
If Yamaha came back with a bad ass 2 stroke that would be a huge seller . Yamaha always made the most reliable 2 stroke. I put 18000 miles on a 03 viper without ever having to touch the engine.. I would change spark plugs just because they been in there so long but never did blow one.. just tough as nails and fun to ride with the best sound ever.
i here that i have a 99 vmax 700 and never have done anything with the motor
I agree. It's sad that yammi went away with a 2stroke
Dan Halpin yup you will probably get sick of riding it before you it
18,000 miles on a 2 stroke? You are full of shat
Wade....... You are full of crap.
I remember when a Yamaha Phazer was a world beater.
Well done. That took some honest evaluation to compare those two sleds without destroying the true purpose of the lesser hp of the skidoo. I believe the 900 Ace Turbo is only a test. If BRP reconstructs their 1200cc triple with the same Turbo technology as the 900 ACE then I would have to say LOOK OUT SIDEWINDER/THUNDERCAT!!
Really? You actually just said that??? Can you say cop out??? BRP has no engine that can handle the boost of the Cat's 998 or the Cats Suzuki 4's. If they did they would have brought them to market many years ago.... like Cat did. Nuff said.
@Blake Terry
Not going to happen. Ski Doo admitted awhile ago that they don’t believe in producing a 200+ HP engine.
I'm all about looks, and imo skidoos are hands down the most beautiful sleds out there...no dumb graphics, sharks teeth or misspelled names to try making a machine cooler than it really is. I don't care about engine size or speed, just does it get me to where I want to go.
I have drived both the last weekend and i like them both of different reasons. 😀👍
That srx looks to stylish. I want it
I agree that all blue srx is a sharp looking sled...Ski Doos look is just not that appealing ! I want a sled to look fast and mean not like a sunday cruiser
Ryan Mitchell n
I prefer the XRS Doo look myself, with the hood vents and wide body and colors/graphics, but the SRX is super hot too. Somehow if you add a decent windscreen to the Doo it suddenly looks half as hot when combined with a simple all black scheme. But the XRS hubba hubba woooooooooo droooooooooooool.
The srx is a trail sled, thats waste of sleds
My 2020 900T Enduro is a Monster. I notice no lag at all and the acceleration is ridiculous. I also have a Yamaha Viper, and the handling is so much better with the Endoro low center of gravity and adjustable skis
I love the ski doo+ snow trax keep up the great work!
I have a mint condition 99 srx700 that still kicks butt 2 smoke that’s snappy and makes me happy
🤣 great sled in the day, i had a 2001 brand new but its like a bravo compared to a winder, i was skeptical but 1 ride will blow ur mind
The Yamaha 998 is the best production drag racing engine in the snowmobile world.
I recently bought a 2018 Pantera 7000. It is such a cool sled with the extended fuel tank, saddle bags and even the rotating back rest. I know you guys have done a short vid in the past but a longer one on why it's so great for the regular trail Rider would be awesome.
Well, never been a cat fan, decades of doos, but DAYUM....my sidewinder is a blast! It's been reliable, but must keep an eye out for cat dna, but the engine is unreal, even without a tune. Easy to drive slow, but the pull just never stops! Handles well for a heavy sled, once set up to your liking. But the engine....and response....need to catch your buddy who is doing 90+?....just squeeze a little and make sure those handlebar bolts are TIGHT!!
Skidoo shoulda put a turbo on the 1200
jjfromthebigland next year. Lol
jjfromthebigland then Yamaha puts it on the apex and that finish it.
@@Ugluk75 the apex is old and obsolete. It has been obsolete since 2009
Branden joseph and still it owns the 1200
@@Ugluk75 hahah not a chance buck
Definitely partial to Yamaha as they have never let me down. Very reliable. Skidoo is a awsome sled just not as dependable in my opinion
My 2016 Freeride 800 etec has over 17,000km on it and the engine hasn't been touched, nothing has ever broken on it and the only thing i've had to do besides regular maintenance was replace the track at the beginning of this season.
Mike I don’t think your telling the truth. 17k do you just trail ride it? If that’s the case I could possibly see it maybe but if this is true you’ve got one great sled.
@@Sackmatters I am telling the truth and yes it does get trail ridden quite a bit because where I live I don't always have deep powder and the snow is wind drifted fairly hard 1/2 of the winter but it get's ridden hard look at my videos if you don't believe me. I'm actually kinda pissed that it didn't blow yet this is my last year of warranty and I'm hoping it's going to blow so I can start off with freshly rebuilt motor.
@FreeRide skidoo does make a great sled no doubt. I ride older Yamahas and they are dependable.
Incomparable, the Yamaha Sidewinder is an absolute breakthrough of 4 stroke snowmobile, it has the most advanced snowmobile engine. Did you even drive this thing? It's an absolute speed demon.
So which do you prefer?
I have a 1996 arctic cat 900 thundercat on a custom chassis 3 cylinders 3 carburetors 3 pipes so smooth an nothing sounds better than a triple motor 180+ hp on 520 pound machine nothing better
Great video...
I feel that the SIDEWINDER SRX would be the closest to compare as far as trail riding goes.
As I stated before in a previous video, I'll be more than happy to take the SRX off your hands once you've had your way with it.
I think the SRX would closest compare to the renegade x because of the shorter lugs and lower ride height. Ski doo's xrs is their top trail sled.
Anyone know if the sidewinder in the 2up has aux cooling , or is it snow heat exchangers only ? Thanks
Rumor is that Doo detuned their motor for the first year just to make sure things go well. Supposedly there will be about 180 hp next year.
On the other hand you can upgrade your Yamaha with stage 5 and have 305hp...
I hope most sledders realize both these engines have been pushed beyond their limits already by the SxS crowd. Both are more than capable with a simple tune.
Stonebridge the intake is too long how is a tune gonna help?
What? fuel and spark timing.. efi tuning.
Totally wrong. The sidewinder is a totally new engine. 998cc triple turbo.
Cuz its totally different from the yxz 998 triple.. which uses the same block and head casting with different internals, which came from the sidewinder.. so totally different. Even more totally different, the X3 900 ace turbo and the Renegade, like totally. Okay.
I'd go with the ski doo. Not looking to race just looking to ride. Like ride on pillow with great handling. Like the ski doo!
I’d like to see sales numbers of the Yamaha and the SkiDoo turbos.
You mean two choices!
The distance between the turbo and the exhaust port has almost nothing to do with turbo lag. Spool up is relevant to exhaust velocity and rotational mass of the turbine.
I was going to comment the same thing..thank you
If you have more power its more gooder 😂

Excellent comparo Luke!
Thanks Rando... much appreciated.
You're not talking about reliability? This is an important aspect in my opinion when buying (anyway I know the answer)
The yamaha (Engine) is indestructible
Nice video but I don't think your explanation of turbo lag is in-depth/accurate enough -- there a number of other key factors you left out, turbo size/type, piping size not just distance and tuned PSI of boost for the engine map. I did like your insight into the throttle configurations.
The insanity makes up for any lag still a deadly animal
Holy Crap!! I want both / All / and WOW!!! ...I am ..."Hair-blown-back"! I haven't ridden since '96 so yah, I am out of it but...WHOA!! :)) This stuff makes me 'tingle' in a good way!! :)) Thanks Luke!
Lol you'll get a shock
600 Ace Turbo, would be good motor fuel economy/power?? Dreaming......
Why did Ski-doo stop making the 1200?
I guess the CG discussion is valid somewhere, but only discussing CG as high and low seems very limited as a sled's performance off trail is mostly dependent on how far front or back the CG is located.
Neither of these are off trail sleds. Skidoo doesnt even offer the turbo in an offtrail sled. That discussion would be invalid.
I was waiting to find out which one was better on a trails come on man
I am so jealous of you guys.
Give it a year skidoo will shorten the intake trac. After market tunes will push a reliable 180-190 HP from the ACE & doos superior chassis & light weight will prove to be a better overall ride.
I run a N/A ACE with some "tuning" & I SMOKE 600 2 strokes in turns & short trail sections. I'd be happy with about 165 HP from that ACE anything else is really not needed... Except on a long stretch.
But aftermarket tunes increase Yam by same amount so not fair to up one and not the other. No replacement for displacement and Doo has to increase that to a 1000 cc. That said, they weren't intending to compete for top power/speed but best overall snowmobile (handling, weight) and they won there.
Even with more displacement that doo junk will NOT hold the power the Yamaha 998 will no way in hell. Read up on components and see. Basically forged everything vs cast junk and "hardened" rods lol. Yamaha guys are pushing 300hp no problem
@@s.a.t419 okay
@@s.a.t419 how does those sidewinders compare to a boosted 1200? The answer is not good. The yamaha junk can't hold the power of the 1200 Doo. Dunn racing and Martin of precision sports have shown that.
180-190 is very modest for the Yamaha. Some people have had 204hp on the dyno from factory. That's baseline! The Yami can handle wayyy more .
I enjoy that video.👌🏽 I bought in March that Yamaha Sidewinder BTX 2019 it’s beast attractive look and awesomely ride . 👌🏽but heavy 😁you need to be bodybuilder if you stuck
Sissy, get an apex stuck the side winder will seem much lighter
The Yamaha is amazingly balanced and handles awesome in the twisty is groomed trails. Then when you go out on the lake with your buddies they don't have a prayer.
The throttle lag on the skidoo is just a slow electronic throttle body that isnt opening quickly.... itb's under boost aren't the ideal solution.
I liked my ZR 900. I know it’s out dated. But at over 150 hp and 111 pounds of torque. And it got 14 mpg At 7200 rpms it was wicked for its time. Just needed a 137 inch track. Set up right would run with anything in a drag race. But I’m sure it doesn’t handle the ditch banging but with a 137 inch track would help.
And that was stock. Could have put some money in it. It would be quicker yet.
Yamaha announced they are ceasing snow machine production after 2024. They will apparently still provide engines to Arctic Cat
Scary, it's about time Rotax was put to work on altitude motors.
snow machines that are made for speed but can only able to speed on nice groom trails, oh but wait trails are regulated more than highways now days, speed limits, stop signs. cops on every corner. I gave up on it since they had these groom trails , I now keep my 94 indy classic for fishing only and never purchased a trail pass. gets me to my fishing holes everytime!
Yamaha super 👍
Nice sleds even though I would never buy anything Turbo.
winders are the top dog of the snowmobile world, its the fastest sled money can buy, that will last forever, u cant get any better than that talk about havin ur cake and eating it to
Yamaha is 10 years ahead of every other snowmobile manufacturer in 4 stroke and turbo technology... no contest
Yeah only in skidoo there atv suck big time with there lawnmower engine come play in the mud with yammy compare to Outlander xmr 1000 91 hp that a machine
Brp are leader in motor industry the have train plane seedoo atv skidoo the list goes on and on
Nothing worse than click bait. Again a question avoided with a " well it's whatever you prefer. " Just answer the question on which is better . Stop dinking around .
My yammie turbo has 7200 miles on it??? My yammie 700 triple triple has 8000 miles on it witch that's a bullet proof motor. Question who started a turbo late. Damn cat and Polaris did this back in 2010 with there turbos.Polaris ran to the race circuit.
He did, he said the yamaha. But you my have a different opinion
So funny how the comments here are a bunch of grown men pissing at each other about their favorite color. Anyone who rides snowmobiles aggressively knows that Yamaha and Arctic cat handle like garbage. Anyone can stick a heavy, high horsepower motor in a snowmobile and make it pretty. BRP spends more money on R&D than all of the competition combined and they make very reliable machines that out-handle the competition. Lower center of gravity and lower weight means better handling on the 900 ACE. Plain and simple. Doesn't matter how much raw horsepower the Yamacat has, its not going to beat the ski-doo on the trails. Not to mention the suspension design on the Ski-Doo's is 5 years ahead of the Arctic Cat/Yamaha
if ur cryin about weight u cant handle the power of the yamaha, jeeze i think all these doo boyz whinning over 50 pounds likly weigh 120 pounds themselves, likly get mom to still pack their lunch also! salky
BRO.... a 07 700 dragon would rape that skidoo on or off track so long as it had the suspension replaced in the last 10 years. lol not going to say that doo doesn't have competitive sleds, but what is there to compete with in this class? This is like some dude in tesla races some dude in a prius. tesla won, no shit. But they still go home together... and hybrids are gay. these are hybrids of the snowmobile world. OVER THE WALL #MAGA lmao
I don’t have anything against slow riders but if you are trying to take your sled to the max then you need a lighter sled with a lower center of gravity. The weight of the rider has nothing to do with the performance of the sled. For slow riders like yourself, the Yamaha is good enough because you aren’t trying to push the sled to the max. Before you spout off about the horsepower of the Yamaha, try to understand that a higher horsepower sled does not mean it is faster. The amount of speed that the machine can hold through the turns is key.
hp and displacement absolutely means a faster sled! grade 5 math! yamahas center of gravity is no different then doo if u buy the proper model for your needs , the srx is lower and the approach angel is altered also , i realize ur graspin at straws to somehow compare the ace to a winder but it simply on a whole nuther level
@@hiby9105 hp means a faster sled on a straightaway. often the more powerful sleds are slower on any trails with turns because they are heavier. the acceleration does not beat the speed that a better handling sled can hold through the turns. I would tend to agree with you on the 07 sled that you are talking about. The older machines had less suspension and a lower center of gravity. because of the lower center of gravity they handle better. the old sleds actually handle really well, they are just a rougher ride. In this video they point out that the ski doo has a lower center of gravity and it weighs less. guess what that means? it handles better than the yamaha talked about in this video.
How bout a little turbo 500 to cut down on weight is that a crazy thought or am I a genius or what
Here they go again, Lesters complaining about "throttle lag"
Yeah no kidding they complain about my 1200 hitting late and now they complain about this machine. If you know when the power is going to come on he'll adapt that with the flipper at the right time and you learn to adjust your bought it. You got to stick with it right but you guys have no choice you get any of them you want. I couldn't ride my 15 do touring 1200 and found throttle lag but I dealt with it. It's the harmonic home from my exhaust or track that I can't stand under 45 miles per hour. I paid for a silent Drive and it's noisy as hell. All said I love the east 900 more because of the awesome sound that thing gives off when flying by everybody.
They also complained about how wide bodied the XR chassis was but look how big the cheeks are on this one. I don't see them complaining now.
Buncha bums. What do they know...
They'll complain about the Panels next season right Snowtrax?
@@jmj267 that's because the wide bodied G4 looks utterly fantastic and in fact better than the 2 stroke G4 but the XR 1200 wide body did indeed look kind of fat. But from the side it doesn't look very good even to my biased eyes......nevermind compared to the sexy XS and not 2S and 4S G4's. SnowTrax is right on in saying what they did about the XR and about the 4S G4 I say.
What are the actually weights of these sleds? HP means nothing, it’s power to weight ratios that matter in the real world.
Mark K and also getting the H P to the track.

I don’t believe so but there’s tons of kits around that are easy to install for the polaris not sure ab other sleds
@@wiscofps4104 well. Darn. I see all this tech going into 4 stroke to push its limits. I don't recall anything for a 2 stroke at all. Would be nice to see somebody doing it.
@@patrickprafke4894 i believe part of the reason is the 2 strokes cant handle the drive pressure of a turbo but im not sure
@@wiscofps4104 I'm not either. I was just hoping somebody knew.
Good video
It's not a motor it's an Engine!!!
Google motor and post the results. Idiot
@@zachkuby87 I think you're going a little far calling him an idiot since basically we were always taught that motor meant electric and engine was internal combustion.
ski doo is stil best
Why don't you try the lynx 850's?
Same as a Ski-Doo 850 but way uglier (though I did see one photo where they looked awesome......maybe a racing version?) and a stouter rear suspension so not sure it would reveal too much we don't already know.
Lynx is BRP European market only as far as I'm aware.. No dealer networks in North America, all Ski-Doo.
they look much better in the front than ski doo
I think there’s a lot of 2-stroke traditionalists out there that may believe that a changing industry is going to leave them behind or phase them out in favor of 4-strokes.
I don’t think this is true. There is a place for both to exist and each have unique advantages and disadvantages. What bothers me is that I see and hear a lot of the 2-stroke loyalists throwing out a lot of false gripes at the 4’s, seemingly based on their lacking familiarity or concern for 2’s being threatened out of existence, or perhaps both.
The sport has room for new ideas. It all depends on what your looking to do with the sled and the old adage still exists: “Different strokes for different folks.”
I know that was corny, but it’s true.
A lot of nit picking over nothing if you ask me. If you can afford to have a 150+ hp snowmobile to play with you have nothing to complain about.
Couldn't have said it better myself 👍new sub here
Ski doo is best
These are lake racers ,trail handling is secondary.you want a trail sled there are better choices
"Better" is definitely the wrong word, and you chose that word very carefully. It makes them quite a lot more powerful, and as far as you're non-stop top about lag it has been whittled down to so little. I've driven an Audi with a brand new turbo only pushing 18lbs, it takes just a couple seconds to put your eyeballs in the back of your head. However, I have to say, replacing turbo's mid season appeals not. My favorite new setups are the smaller 4 stroke where you can actually calculate mpg! The 600 ACE and if you need go to 1200, you'll still burn less fuel and have a longer life than an 850 2 stroke. I will never buy a 2 stroke again, I don't care if I have to buy an old Arctic 660. I spend a day on one of these, no turbo, so quiet, so smooth, and not likely to make your testosterone try to take your life.
Good video...as a satisfied Polaris owner I will stay out of this particular conversation. 8P
