@@thinkingthing4851 Yes friend. It is a bit difficult to get precise control with these inexpensive components. But with some PID tuning, we can achieve good results.
Hi friend. It can easily balance stationary objects when kept on top. Glass is a stationary object. But water inside glass is a moving object. The water inside the glass oscillates and makes it loose its balance. That is why it fails when we keep a glass of water on top.
The bottle is heavy and so it takes longer to get up to speed. The motors only have so much torque that it lost balance and the motors maxed out and won’t push out any more power even if it tilts more.
Maybe also partly bc of only 2 aa batteries, they are only 3 volts and they don’t output that much current because of their internal resistance, so the voltage drops and so the motors are not getting 3 volts, especially since there are 2 motors instead of one so 2 motors will definitely drop the voltage on just 2 puny aa batteries. If it was like an 18650 battery, then it has a chance of being stronger.

Still cant believe you were able to control those motors so accuartaely with an H-bridge and an IMU... Bravo🎉

idk brother... please can you tell why it falls with you puts glass of water??

You got it right dear friend !!!

@@diodedoode Actually these are 18650 batteries only, not AA. The motors are also just 100 rpm ones, so they cannot respond fast enough.
Bro, did you made its making video
