One of those PEDs turns out to have been a false positive (it is something created naturally by the body, and in low enough amounts to have NOT been from juicing). As far as the Ostarine, Eddie Hearn is pushing the narrative that it's from intentional juicing while Ryan is pushing the narrative that it's from a tainted supplement. Tank is saying that Hearn had multiple fighters caught juicing who were still allowed to fight, so he's only cynically pushing the "Ryan is bad" narrative because Ryan beat his fighter.
Ironically, Hearn wants a rematch between Ryan and Devin. Gee I wonder why that is ($$$$$$$). Kind of shitty to throw your own fighter back into the ring with a guy who obviously just has his number. A rematch with Garcia would be errible for Haney's career and legacy but it would make Hearn a lot of money.
