You could try adding regular community fish and corals, and maybe a pair of dragonets(mandarin fish) or sailfish blennies, but they are some hard level fish, so don't do it if you aren't prepared.

Nice tour Nick of all your animals. Everything looks healthy and happy. On the red sea tank, I think you should do an LPS tank with euphyllia and soft corals in there with a variety of smaller fish, I think that would definitely pop with color.

You need to add coral, it will make a big change to your tanks, you also need to put more weeds in your saltwater pond and the 300 gallon.
