I giggled when you would say “You could totally eat this as is, but we’re making tarts/pie!” It sounded so like me trying to convince myself to finish the recipe and not polish off the bowl of pudding mix.
All these recipes are so simple to understand and make but really fancy in representation and look so so delicious and decadent....You are a star girl!!

I love using tofu in sweet dishes. The first vegan cheesecake I made about 4 years ago was made with tofu and sweet potatoes 🤤 People sleep on tofu so much
