@@katherinemooney4396 Congratulations on starting your vegan journey. Don't get too stressed if you make mistakes because the majority of long term vegans have made mistakes. I found gradually replacing every animal product helped started by no meat, poultry, fish, eggs and honey in the first week then gave up dairy in the second week. Then once I got used to the dietary requirements of veganism after the first month I started giving up the non vegan non food products and services and have been doing it for 5 years now. Don't pressure yourself to be vegan and I hope you are successful.

Try mixing mashed (very ripe) banana and mix it with oats, chia, nuts, cinnamon or whatever else you like. You also put a lil chocolate and then just put in on a sheet, bake it and after it’s done you can cut the way you like it. Basically like the baked oatmeal just without the milk, it’s gets chewy and hardens with it gets cool. It is sooo simple and taste soo good and you can put whatever you like.

Hmmm Not bad Here's one that doesn't take as much effort. Alrdy baked sweet potato Peel, cut into ½ slices, pan fry till crispy on both sides. Serve with vegan butter and maple syrup. Can also do cinnamon sugar. Very filling and satisfying. There's also the savory path. The choice is yours.
Any recommendations for savory breakfasts? I really don't like sweet breakfasts but all of the vegan options I ever see are sweet. Ive been eating avocado toast for the past 3 years and im getting pretty sick of it lol
Tofu scramble, chickpea flour omelette, stir fried mushrooms, savory pancakes, even savory oats exist, hummus on toast, hash browns, muffins or waffles or smthn like that but a savory version, dinner leftovers lol, bread and whatever spread etc etc. Mix it up by adding different veg to your scramble, omelette, savory muffins, etc.
Oh also, just throw chickpeas on a pan with some spices (vegan butter optional to make it more tasty and make the spices stick) until they crisp up and top your hummus toast with it. There is quite a big selection of either home made or store bought vegan cheeses and deli "meats".

Do you mean one that’s chewy bc it’s made with dates like an rxbar or like a soft-baked belvita?

I would recommend imitating Raw Bite. It is very moist in a good way.

If you push the chocolate chips into the pancakes after adding them so they are covered with batter it prevents the chocolate from burning to the pan.
