  • In this episode, Taylor, Braden, and Shane (Postart) each bring their own list of tools to get started in rocket building with a budget of $150. These tools are not necessarily needed, as hand sanding and cutting things is always an option. However, these affordable power tools make things much faster and easier.
In addition, we build out our own tier list of 75/5120 Aerotech reload kits and then compare it to the input from the supporters on Patreon!

The $7 Warrior rotary tool I got for my son last week is the same as the old Drill Master one that I have.

A thing to keep in mind is that tool companies typically have a professional-prosumer-homeowner breakdown to their product stack. So at home Depot you'll have HDX-HUSKY-HUSKY PRO/Milwaukee for hand tools and Ryobi-Ridgid-Milwaukee for power tools. Harbor freight is emulating that now with Doyle and icon for hand tools and Bauer-Hercules for power tools.
