Wichita Lineman - Eric Skye - Fingerstyle Guitar

Revisiting my arrangement of Jimmy Webb’s beautifully wistful song, “Wichita Lineman.". A few years ago I learned that my father came out to Oregon as a young man after the Korean War to briefly work as a lineman before going back to Chicago to get a masters in art, meet my mother and later buy a house in Pennsylvania. This song always makes me wish he could somehow know that some seventy years later his son would settle out in beautiful Oregon.

Totally agree. He’s the man …..but the Santa Cruz doesn’t hurt. Those instruments are other worldly! No I’m not saying it’s the guitar but those guitars are just in a league of their own
