Poulet sauté🇨🇩 Soso ba kalinga | Sautéed Chicken

1 whole Hen used *** j’ai utilisé un Poulet entier (coupé en entier)
Ingredients 🍃
1/2 ground nutmeg
1 tsp Knorr
1/2 tsp salt
Tomato paste
1 tsp garlic paste
2 Tbsp Finely Crushed red pepper
3 tbsp Canola oil
I let the chicken marinate for 8 hours,
In order to have a chicken seasoned all the way through.
You can let it sit overnight too if not in a hurry.
I recommend preheating the stove , then when you start cooking 🥘 you may lower the heat to medium to allow your meat to cook all the way through. Sautéed until nice and golden!
