- 📺 Troubleshoot JBL PartyBox On-The-Go charging issue by checking demo mode, battery, and Bluetooth. Watch this video to learn how to resolve these common problems!
📖 In 6 steps:
1. First, ensure that your speaker is not in demo mode by holding the power button and Bluetooth button for more than 5 seconds.
2. Next, check if the speaker’s battery is drained. If yes, use the AC power cord instead of relying on the battery.
3. Press the power button to make sure the speaker is turned on.
4. If your speaker is connected to another Bluetooth device, hold the Bluetooth button for more than 20 seconds to disconnect and pair with a new device.
5. Ensure the connected Bluetooth device is close to the speaker for better audio quality and remove any obstacles.
6. To protect the battery lifespan, fully charge the speaker at least once every 3 months.
