I've been asked a few times about my favourite settings on the Kemper. I have to confess I don't use the built in drives much, and prefer to add gain via the gain knob (which I think is unusual amongst Kemper people?). But here are my go to Delay, Reverb and Compressor settings. My favourite kemper effects if you will!
Some people are a little sniffy about Kemper effects, but the recent updates to Reverb and Delay I think easily compete with anything else out there, from Strymon to Eventide to Fractal Audio...

Great playing as usual! I'm happy to see you do a video on the Kemper's effects, I feel like they are underrated and underappreciated, especially since the big reverb/delay update that happened a few years back. The reverb and delays are simply top notch now and I kinda wish I had a Kemper again just to be able to use those effects, haha!

I think Kemper's reverbs and delays are on par with Strymon's. Easily. The Ionosphere reverb is incredible, and beats every other 'shimmer' reverb out there IMO.

The wet effects sound great to me in the Kemper. I cannot stand the drives, and absolutely hate adding gain with the gain knob. It sounds so brittle to me that way.

It sort of depends on the type of profile - if you add gain to a bright/clean profile it does sound brittle and gross often, but if it's an already gained up profile it can work
