Since this is my natal Moon placement, I am delighted to hear that you are taking care of yourself, Susan. I also applaud your emphasis on what I call the "sighing breath" and the need to self-regulate. In turbulent times we are prone to anxiety, seek certainty, and have difficulty sleeping or being present. As you indicate, we are prone to direct our energy to try to control our environment; we focus on others and our circumstances. This sighing breath shifts us from our hyper-alert state and enables trust in self and life's process. I like to think of this fixed-fire Moon placement as being like a campfire or a hearth where others can gather to warm their souls and consider how best to serve the highest and best good. This is the only full Moon in which the dispositor is the opposing luminary--the Sun itself. Thank you Susan, i didn't know my natal moon at the same degrees as this full moon was about taking care of others. This describes my life perfectly especially relative to children. I am definitely a protective mother lion, even since I was a small child I was protecting other children. This moon is in my 5th house too (not in whole sign)

Your power of your passion is so evident in your voice. I am Aquarius sun 10 degrees, Venus 14 degrees in Aquarius with Libra rising 12 degrees. Last 8 years was full of obstacles with death of my wife to cancer, closing my business to look after my daughter who was 5 years old at the time. Pluto moving into Aquarius Sun is my 1st house, and with Libra rising it is my 5 house. I have become so numb to pain and suffering and in a state of not attached to anything in life. I have also learned how self centred all family, friends and humans in general who have distanced themselves from us. Just wondering if I am going to under go further changes with 1st house or should I listen to my 5th house as Libra rising.....
