- Did a little bit of #SpringCleaning around my land and also did a little pool maintenance while we had some of our kid's friends sleepover! Ensley had her best friend, Jana, sleepover and Jace had his best friend, Wyatt, sleepover.
If you have heard that I was in the hospital, this video was before that day, just to point out. I’ve been behind editing vlogs due to my health so please give me time extra time to edit. Thanks! 💗

Been wondering if the health issues have something to do with all the traumatic experiences you’ve had. Trauma is the body’s response to the events and it can become trapped in the body and over time can result in illness.

I get these as well and you are absolutely right that they feel like heart attacks. I use hyosciamine under the tongue for mine and it works really good. I was diagnosed with EGJOO and have the option of botox injections in my esophagus which will stop the spasms. Ask your doc to do an esophageal manometry test

Omg i have that esophagus thing too! But its silemt reflux for me, if i drink pop, caffee or junk food too much it gets that.. nexium helps a lot, one pill in the morning, weight loss too
