Holy crap, I didn’t even realize I was one of the earliest videos that hopped on Funky Friday until this video came along. It was FF that got me here today, and it was the main reason why I pushed myself to do the edits that I did. I wanted to recreate as much as the original mod experience for people to enjoy and to be entertained with. I had fun doing it, lol. I wonder if FNF will see a new audience in the future; only time will tell

Not a day in my life goes by without wondering what could've been with this game.
It's been a long and very, very bumpy road, and the new destination they're pivoting to isn't exactly clear. But it's always been about the journey. No matter what happens to this game, I owe it my life for basically kickstarting my channel and I'm so glad for all the memories it's given me and so many others. I just wish things could've ended a little more gracefully. (also hey look its me :3)
(I'm aware the game is still in fact being worked on and I'm definitely going to still be there when the next update releases btw don't worry)

used to play a lot of ff but after lots of mods and content creators of funky friday moved on to other games i started to play other games that has simmilar style to funky friday but i just felt like the gameplay mechanics will never be the same . I guess every good things comes to and end. A game that will always be in my heart ❤
And the game is basically abandoned after gamefam bought it and collabed with Sega, which was illegal and almost sued developers of funky friday

Yessir, I remember waking up each day trying to think of a new video idea to upload. Some of the best memories though are from live streaming the game. I do miss it a lot, but I've been grinding osu a lot recently so once it gets updated, I'm ready LOL

I really miss this game. Owning half the animations and the 2 morphs in the game before being hacked was always fun. Joining servers and having a good time while being nice to people either beginner or experienced it would be fun. I just wish the game updated again as it has been almost a whole year without any updates
it definitely was quite a wild time, I enjoyed every bit of it and am glad that vsrg (even if not shown in the best way possible) made it to the mainstream for as long as it did :) I also met so many cool ppl and learnt alot of things, and even tho there were some major downsides the upsides were good enough to replace them
man I wish this game still got updated, I love the game mechanics, the shop, the notes, everything, like literally everything. this game introduced me to the rhythm game world, I would be stuck to playing blade ball if it wasn't for this game. I would suck at instruments if it wasn't for this game, I would be struggling and rhythmic timing if it wasn't for this game. the journey from where I got almost every notes "bad", "miss" and "good" to where I 99% get "sick" is just a long year journey that felt short. I hope the devs are all okay.
i came back to this game recently. despite having played fnf for well over two years now i ended up suddenly improving a lot over when i stopped playing, and i kept improving by the day. this game definitely holds a lot of memories and i'm gonna strive to go even further.

I honestly miss when I used to play ff with my friends for a hour when my friends join with me, ff was fun while it lasted from 2021 - 2022, although, I started playing it in the End of 2021 and starting my career in the beginning of 2022, I hope they will update very soon

Oh, funky friday. You were literally almost my bestest fnf roblox game into my life heart, i will remember it like it was yesterday. The days, and the cool songs, and all the popular youtubers, and other stuff that is in there. It was the best fnf roblox game, and now.. it turned into a little desert. We will forever miss FF!

definitely miss it. i was a rhythm game fanatic back in the day, so i was running around with like 20 streak and people kept chasing me like a lion chasing prey lol
i wouldn’t be more sad to see this game dry off, i used to make toh content/parkour and i often switch content over time not really focusing on one, but when i found out these fnf games on roblox they were really really fun to grind on to the point where i started to grind for 2 years on the game. the only and first game that i have focused in the last 2 years and never even left the game even when it was at it’s downhill. i started playing funky friday at the day of it’s release which basically means that *i was at the very very beginning of this game’s growth i’ve seen all of it* .waiting for it’s return! 🥲

I remember playing the game 1 year ago then returning to the game and now the funky Friday RUclipsrs get less than 50 subs and I miss the old days when funky Friday had updates but I’m happy that they did showcase the updates

Me too. Back in July of 2021 I discovered this game and I made so many friends there too. Funky Friday is the reason I even play Roblox today.

Now its just that i literally started youtube because of funky friday in the first place,now funky friday wasnt popular as it used to and its rlly painful to see a game you adored so much dying,man honestly i miss those times when funky friday was used to be a fun game..

The community and game aren't dead, its just having a lack of updates, as good as the nostalgia may have been you have to admit it really wasn't THAT long ago.

(Long message, read the second paragraph if u don't wanna read how I first encountered FNF)
I remember when my friend randomly sent a video on Discord of him playing the base game in February 2020 and I didn't have a PC at the time so I had to download a mobile version. I played it every single day hoping I could get better than my friend. I almost did in a short time but then I found Funky Friday on my RUclips, so I tried and I loved it. I also showed FNF to my best friend and he enjoyed the game too. We always played FF together and became better at the game together. I've been there for every update and played it almost every day. I wouldn't be where I am if this game didn't exist. Truly one of the best Roblox games to exist.
I can't say I speak for everyone, but us as a community, we will never forget the memories we share ad the love we give to this game. We just have to be patient for now. I believe FF will come back bigger than ever before. I am proud to be in a community like this. I hope to see FF come back soon.

Even if it only has been 2 years this is still nostalgic i remember those days when i used to cosplay as ron with my friends it just hurts
I feel like, I missed the game man, It's been 8 months that I haven't played the game. I missed those good memories I have on Funky Friday... I have a feeling that I want to play it again, I missed it alot.
It sad to look at it now as it does not feel like it used to feel when it was still updating hopefully one day it will update again but for now I am stuck with a cold memory in the back of my head when I play that game.

I miss you so much. This is my favorite map. Now I'm addicted to the sky rolling game. But I come back to play this game again. Hopefully it will be updated again.
Though I haven't been making content about Funky Friday that much, I still enjoy playing the game. I everything that happened in the past, that was when Funky Friday was in it's "PRIME"
It was really fun and enjoyable when we had basic mods at the time that didn't use any crazy modcharts or anything
I remember watching Rektway and Nebula, Those videos would make me laugh and smile. I miss those videos all the drama that happened people still played it because they loved it. But now it's dead, It was a good ride with good memories and laughs for all
Ngl i miss the old memories when me and my bff Stephen beat Sonic, got morphs, always used to play with the old maps and spam songs, encountered furries, played it every day, always had fun, Trolled a lot, And we were actually having real fun, and entertainment, All back in late 2022.

i miss 2020-2022 or the quarantine era, stuff lowkey just felt more fun and enjoyable back then. had a lot of memories with funky friday/fnb but with fnb being dead and funky friday basically being dead, the rofnf genre is probably not gonna get revived unless the fnf devs release the full game (which wont happen for a while due to controversy lol). im really hoping we get another game like funky friday though, doesnt have to be an fnf game, just something thats not a cashgrab anime game or another simulator game.
