An ice bath is amazing! Incredible for the skin, energy & metabolism. I actually didn't need coffee! That would be hard to believe for anyone who knows me! as a child/teenager i used to get colds very easy and almost always had to use strong prescribed antibiotics. I started ending showers with 30 seconds cold water like 5 years ago and haven't got a cold like that since then. it definitely helps your immune system (also started taking a spoon of honey avery morning)
