The guy you claim is “confused” is Bryan Habana, one of the greatest Springbok wingers. He’s faced the haka many times and is focused, not confused!

The Haka is respected throughout the world. The all blacks have been performing it forever. It can have many meanings and is performed at many special occasions such as weddings, funerals etc. There are different types of Haka for different events. I'm Australian, but I have Māori ancestry, and I adore the Haka and respect it deeply. I'm not having a go at you guys because you didn't know, but I would like to inform you that it is considered disrespectful to interrupt or talk during a Haka. There is a video of the All Blacks explaining the cultural significance of the Haka. Many native cultures have war dances and culturally significant dances for different events, but the All Blacks made the Haka of New Zealand famous around the world. Thank you for learning about this wonderful culture.🙂

This all blacks team was one of THE most dominant sporting teams in the world absolutely unrivalled athleticism and technicality on the rugby field. They were dominant for almost 10 years. In the last 5-7 years many players and coaches have since left and retired all blacks now sit at #3 in the world rankings for rugby union. But in saying that even if we were the worst of the worst New Zealand and Māoris will always represent the culture no matter what. The haka isn’t just about amping up and sending a challenge but also about representing where we come from and who we are as a country. It’s not different to the American pledge of allegiance or a national anthem.

The All Blacks are a fantastic team, always has been. They and the Springboks are the 2 greatest rugby nations in the world. Together with South Africa(The Springboks) they hold a combined total of 7 out of the 10 world cups that have been held, with SA having 4 and NZ having 3.

This is Piri Weepu taking the Haka, he's speaking in Maori, one of the official languages in New Zealand.
Ka Mate is a Māori haka composed by Te Rauparaha, the historic leader of the iwi of Ngāti Toa of the North Island of New Zealand during the Musket Wars.
The main body of the haka is:
Ka mate, ka mate! ka ora! ka ora!
Ka mate! ka mate! ka ora! ka ora!
    Tēnei te tangata pūhuruhuru
Nāna nei i tiki mai whakawhiti te rā
    Ā, upane! ka upane!
Ā, upane, ka upane, whiti te rā!
It is death, it is death, it is life, it is life
It is death, it is death, it is life, it is life
Or do I see a hairy man
who brought back the Sun so it can shine on me once more?
Then I will put one foot in front of the other-
One foot, then the other-until the Sun shines on me!
Recently a new one was composed, Kapa o Pango, so now they have a choice which one they do.
The haka is a challenge, done before a battle to stir the warriors up and intimidate the enemy.
It is also a show of respect and you'll see it done in New Zealand at weddings, at funerals, and a stirring one was done at a boy's school by all the boys when a popular teacher retired.
    Great reaction guys.

The All Blacks and the team that had the "confused" guy yous referred to are the 2 most dominant teams in rugby, out of all the teams that play, us (New Zealand) and them (South Africa) are the only 2 teams to have ownership of the Rugby World Cup never letting it leave the southern hemisphere. Probably one of, if not, the most biggest rivalries in sports which makes the teams playing always entertaining to watch. Much love to South Africa from NZ
