TDS is an irrelevant metric and is considered an "aesthetic" appeal. For those of you who don't know TDS. TDS stands for total dissolved solids and represents the total concentration of dissolved substances in water. TDS is made up of inorganic salts, as well as a small amount of organic matter. Common inorganic salts that can be found in water include calcium, magnesium, potassium, and sodium, which are all cations, and carbonates, nitrates, bicarbonates, chlorides, and sulfates, which are all anions. Cations are positively charged ions and anions are negatively charged ions. A higher TDS does not necessarily mean its bad, but that it has a high concentration of minerals with small traces of heavy metals if any. In the United States, substances that are health-based have Maximum Contaminant Levels (MCLs,) and are enforceable by law. However, TDS and other substances that are considered aesthetic are given Secondary Maximum Contaminant Levels (SMCLs,) but are not enforced, because they do not pose as great a health risk as the primary contaminants do. The United States guideline for TDS is also 500 parts per million.
@@josealmeida5768 Does this mean if I'm bald already, I can drink all the high TDS water I want. Or if I'm bald and I drink low TDS water, that I will get my hair back? Many thanks.

I got my RO system from Amazon amzn.to/2Fi7bOa but then I've replaced Post-Carbon Filter with Remineralization filter from this company www.vitev.com/alkaline-water-ionizers-p/remin-program-1.htm it's kind of expensive at $119 a year, but it's an American made cartridge with slow-release minerals that are healthy for you. Typically RO companies offer their cheap Remineralization filters made of Calcite/Corosex which release too many minerals at once into RO "aggressive" water and may be too much to handle for your kidneys. Always check the production dates of these waters, Its always etched somewhere very small. Personally I don’t buy them if it was bottled more than 3 months ago. I like Evian the best.
Agree, fresh bottled water is better than a year-old bottle. However, even the fresh bottles may have been transported or stored in a hot location even for a day which will leach plastic chemicals into the water. Glass containers seem to be safer at any temperature. Thanks for watching.
I found this video to be very informative and thought-provoking. I have an Apera PC60 tester coming in the mail and will be doing a lot of my own water testing soon. I also have a quality Bausch and Lomb microscope and have been doing microbe analysis on a lot of the water sources around here as well as filtration methods. Very interesting, thx.
What do you think about the zero water filter? I hope I didn't overlook your previous conversation about it, if there was one. I was thinking about purchasing this water filter system and wanted your thoughts.
The zero-water filter cleans very well... basically, it produces the distilled water. However, you have to replace those filters multiple times a year, so it gets costly. And if you don't replace them, the water becomes very stinky for some reason.
Great information provided indeed!! Sir what are these drops called you are puting in the water samples to reveal their acidic/alkaline status?? Please tell me
@rudy law Yeah but see hospitals use distilled water to get the minerals out of your body okay...but I wouldn't drink it on a regular basis..look up RAW summit spring water from Maine...now that's a winner why? Because it doesn't even have a nutrition facts label WHY because no chemicals added 😀😀
I use distilled water made at home and NOT from a plastic bottle. But my question is...which is REALLY better HOME DISTILLED WATER or Home made REVERSE OSMOSIS WATER? PLEASE respond...
They are both great. Distilled cleans and removes 100% of elements from the water (good and bad), Osmosis about 95%. But we need those elements/minerals for a healthy living. So you need to add the good minerals back to the water. But if you have a very healthy diet with plenty of fresh organic fruits and vegetables on a daily basis you'll get your good minerals that way. Both, Distilled and Osmosis waters are clean but acidic. Acidic water is bad for your teeth enamel (makes it weak). Adding minerals to the water solves that problem and makes it neutral or alkaline and overall better for you. Distilled water requires a lot of energy to create, so you pay for electricity or gas. Osmosis requires new filter changes on a yearly basis, which also cost money. So, whichever system you use is better than drinking water from the faucet full of Chlorine, Lead, Mercury, Fluoride, Arsenic, and many more harmful elements.
Hot water will always have higher TDS because it sits in a Water-Heater and picks up additional elements from that heater. My cold water is about 200 and hot water 230 TDS. The older the heater the higher TDS of hot water. Thanks for watching!
I use Zero Water. When the filter is new and up to an average of 16 gallons if I use water pre-filtered through my refrigerator, I get from 0 to 4 ppm tds. If you have ever tasted rain water, Zero Water tastes just like that. I have found that if the TDS is above 20, my brewed black tea gets really dark, instead of golden brown, and the taste is not as good. Just one reason I take a TDS meter with me when I go and buy water from a vending machine.
I've heard that Zero Water does a really good job at cleaning water, but filters work only for about 1 month (depending on usage), so it becomes expensive to change filters so often.
I think a good choice in the USA would be to pick one of the bottles that are readily available and add my own minerals to increase PH. Preferably a pinch of pink Himalayan sea salt. And eat a lot of veggies.
If you consume plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables on a daily basis, you should not worry about low TDS water. However, if you eat mostly fast/junk or frozen foods, which are depleted of nutrients, you may want to drink water with higher mineral content.
this is really helpful. But I have a question. In my state the tap water is more acidic (6.4) than distilled water. we have built our own model for distillation. we found out the distilled water has an acceptable pH of 6.8. but surprisingly the hardness (CaCO3) in distilled water is also more that is 108ppm whereas in tap water it is less, 100ppm only. please help me to find out why the hardness is increased. we haven't used any kind of extra calcite.
Hmm, sounds definitely strange. If your distilled water is much above 0 PPM, it's not distilled. Not sure why, but maybe the distiller is not working properly or there is a contamination of some sorts...sorry, difficult to speculate without being there to inspect it.
Neutral water is good, but alkaline water typically goes through a process of mineralization. And minerals such as Calcium, Magnesium, Potassium, Manganese, etc... make the water taste better and healthier for your body.
What did the counter-top RO kit cost you? And does the remineralization filter make the water alkaline? I'm looking to get a RO or distiller, and add nutrients but want the pH to be 7-7.5.
I have borwell water. Raw tested results show as follows: 1. pH :7.01 2. Tds : 156 3. Iron : 0.12 4. Total hardness:50 Is this spring borwell water can be good for converting to bottling plants?
Great video other than you didn't follow one rule of science and that is you should have a squirt bottle full of distilled water to spray off your tester between each dip because you're just cross-contamination and it's not accurate but thank you so much for your effort if you want to be Technical and you want to test and get real accurate numbers you need to purify that tester every time you dip in between each dip
I know that the USA in 2015 decreased fluoride level in drinking water from 1.2 to 0.7 milligrams per liter. I don't have the right equipment to measure the concentration for myself, but it's probably not more than 0.7 PPM. However, the bottles which went through the Distillation or Reverse Osmosis will have undetectable amounts of fluoride.
Thanks for your video . I am staying in Mexico , to prevent hard water from my tap , I installed a filter to add salt to make soften water . The TDS of my tap water is 250 ppm , what do you think?
Yes, here is direct link: www.vitev.com/alkaline-water-ionizers-p/remin-program-1.htm Get it with 12 month Auto-reorder... you can cancel re-order any time later and still save $30
Typical basic RO systems come with regular Carbon Filter (charcoal) at the last stage to "improve" taste of already purified water. The last stage Carbon filter doesn't do anything else, so I replaced that useless filter with Remineralization cartridge. My purified water comes out at 9-ppm and Remineralization cartridge adds about 40-ppm of different minerals. Here is the detailed video of testing my RO: ruclips.net/video/iZg1QozPU20/видео.html Keep in mind that RO companies offer cheap $20-$30 Calcium Remineralization cartridges made of Calcite/Corosex. These cartridges will dump a huge amount of Calcium in the first month of use into your drinking water and will be depleted within a short time.
1). My TDS after filter ~200. This is because Post-Carbon Filter? This is normal? 2). No any water dropping from tube after RO filter. This is normal? I get the same filter from Amazon. Thank you!
Just watched a show with Zack Ephron and another famous wellness guy and they talked about the better waters having high TDS Numbers being high in good mineral content that the body needs. Now I’m confused what gives?
High TDS water (let's say from your faucet) contains a lot of minerals that are good for you. But it also contains hundreds of small traces of chemicals, pharmaceuticals, poisons, feces, and other dissolved elements you don't want to ingest. So, the best water to drink is that you've cleaned yourself down to almost 0 TDS. And then added minerals to make it healthier. When you buy high TDS water from a store, you don't really know what's inside that bottle. But if you buy very low TDS water from a store, at least you know it has been cleaned up.
Unfortunatelly I don't have the lab equipment to check for ingredients. But that would be nice to see, aspecially after the latest story on arsenic poison in Dr Pepper bottles... www.usatoday.com/story/money/food/2019/06/21/keurig-dr-pepper-pulls-penafiel-water-after-high-arsenic-reports/1528299001/
Kangen is a decent machine but costs thousands of dollars. It requires constant deep-cleaning of electrolysis plates and filter replacements for more money. As for producing a low-pH cleaning solution, you can add a spoon of vinegar to a glass of water with the same result. I would consider buying a Kangen ionizer machine maybe for $200-$300, but not for thousands. Thanks for watching!
Evian water is absolutely nasty. I actually do drink straight distilled water because out of all the water I've ever had, it tastes the best. Interesting that I also prefer Deja Blue when I can't get my hands on distilled water, and only because of the taste. I had no idea of the TDS reading of any water, but when Deja Blue came in at only 3, I thought, "No wonder I like it. It's closer to pure distilled water than even SmartWater." Quite simply, the more minerals water has, the less I like it. It isn't even a matter of knowing one way or the other. I simply don't like the taste. Spring water at room temperature is so gross it almost takes my breath away. Distilled water is the only water I can chug with gusto. And as for how acidic or alkaline a water is, even looking at the chart presented, it seems more desirable to drink water in greater relation to milk, bread, coffee, orange juice, soda, and lemons than seawater, baking soda, milk of magnesia, and ammonia. Even with distilled water's acidity of 6, it's still not as acidic as your own stomach acid, so even distilled water will bring down the overall PH of your stomach, though less than alkaline water. You just don't want to drink extremes of either, like bleach and battery acid. Well, like I said, distilled water actually tastes the most neutral to me. It goes down smooth. I have to force myself to drink water with any minerals in it simply because it actually tastes contaminated. But since all the stuff in water can be found in food, I have no fears about drinking distilled water.
Yes, we get majority of minerals from food, and if you have a healthy diet with a lot of fresh, organic fruits and vegetables, you have nothing to worry about. However, most of the people in modern society are always in a hurry and don't have time to consume nutritious foods. They settle for fast and convenient burger and fries or instant meals from the frozen food section in a supermarket which has NO nutritional value. So, in this case getting minerals from water becomes an essential part of life. Regarding the taste, I've learned that everyone has a different one, so debating on what is tasty or nasty is useless. I enjoy my filtered water with minerals between 25-55 TDS. And I'm glad you like your distilled water. Thanks for watching and commenting!
I know you said you like the taste of your pure distilled water. I do too! If you feel like Changing it up a little, i would recommend trying to add a granular carbon, or carbon block filter after your distillation for a better taste. It most likely would increase TDS, but not in the negative sense.
I prefer the taste of distilled water too and found myself drinking it more often because I'm sensitive to water and it can upset my stomach easily depending on what's it. But then I started reading conflicting reports on distilled water. Some insist that it because it is so clean that it will leach minerals from your body, making your deficient over time with too much consumption. It's hard to find any concrete evidence either way so I stopped drinking it.
@@kfox5301 Don’t worry there is no evidence of this anywhere. It is the only way to get pure water imo. Look what is left in the distiller after, this is impossible to be healthy for the body or brain. There are no known scientific data which clearly demonstrate that the consumption of low TDS water by humans will or will not lead to harmful effects on the human body. However, a number of field experiences can be cited which support the premise that the consumption of such water by humans does not cause such harmful effects. There are no known documented experiences which show that consuming low TDS water will create any long-term health effects. The US Navy has used distilled sea water for human consumption for approximately 40 years.3 TDS levels below 3 mg/L have been reported and consumption of this water for months at a time is common on submarines. No health problems have been reported by the Navy. The US Army uses reverse osmosis units to provide drinking water for soldiers in the field. The USEPA conducted a project in San Ysidro, New Mexico in which the TDS was dropped from 800 mg/L to a range of 40 to 70 mg/L. No health effects were observed. NASA has reported no ill effects from the consumption of approximately 0.05 mg/L TDS water on board space craft. Possibly the largest field study of human consumption of low TDS water is within the United States where municipal systems are delivering water in this category. Millions of people currently consume such water, and this practice has gone on for decades. Exact data are difficult to obtain due to seasonal changes, use of blended water from multiple sources, and changes of sources. In addition, thousands of private wells, as well as numerous small municipal systems in the US produce low TDS water. No known health effects or problems have been reported as a result of this widespread practice. Thousands of TDS reduction devices have been sold residentially in the United States for decades. No reports of mineral depletion or health effects are known as a result of the consumption of this water. In a field test in Boulder, Colorado with about 50 families, an experimental, zero discharge water system provided drinking water containing about. 0.05 ppm TDS. No ill health effects were caused as a result of drinking this water. In conclusion, the field experiences cited suggest that there are no long-term ill health effects, specifically the mineral leaching from human tissue, due to the consumption of low TDS water.
Your water is very clean at 16 TDS, however it's a bit acidic which is bad for your teeth enamel. Try adding a pinch of Baking Soda to a pitcher of drinking water and mix it well. That should raise the pH to a neutral level around 7. You may need to experiment a little with concentration to get it right. At least you don't have to filter the water, it's already clean!
Aquafina sold in the Philippines is probably bottled in a different location, hence the small difference in TDS which is not a big deal. Thanks for watching.

Alkaline water is really bad for health. Having strong gastric acid is absolutely essential for absorbing vitamins, minerals and protein. Low gastric acid is associated with depression (lack of protein absorption), histamine intolerance, small intestinal bacterial overgrowth (SIBO), intestinal mould, candida/yeast and parasites. I always drink water atleast 1hour away from food, before and after.

Why does he say distilled registers acidic because there is nothing in it to provide alkalinity? Would water without impurities register a 7? Or is this an artifact of how the dye works?
Low TDS water is one of the main reason a lot of casualties in USA due to covid19. Water TDS atleast 100 + to develop immunity against illness. In India the water TDS is so high so the survival rates are too high too.
read the study Stanford University did. They used the correct model which is the same model used for the common flu. The deaths with covid is only a tiny bit worse. Besides Canada already proved inadvertantly the total deaths are i big lie also. Look at Vancouver British Columbia. They have the highest Chinese population in North America. Over 600,000 When Seattle Washington had over 1500 covid deaths all of British Columbia only had 117 covid deaths. Now remember Canada closed it's travel to and from China three weeks after the United states did. One more tidbit. Vancouver B C has 80 to 90 direct and indirect flights from China a week. That's more than enough proof right there. I know I'm from Seattle and the talk was big. But we never heard about that on the news.
It seems like you are implying that higher PPM is more unhealthy which is not necessarily true. Waters with added minerals like Evian for instance (which I measured at 311) are supposed to be at least 250 PPM. The tests are interesting but actually don't say a lot about the water.
Higher PPM could definitely be better for you if it consists of healthy minerals. Since we don't know exactly what's in that water, it could be straight out of unfiltered Municipal pipe. If the water is bottled and sold in the same state, nobody will check the quality of that water. Lower PPM, at least, shows that the water has been filtered. However, the biggest concern I have with bottled water is that it's in a poisonous plastic container. This fact negates any benefits from drinking high or low PPM water. Thanks for watching and commenting!
@@Your-Self After sitting in the plastic bottle a few years the distilled water only picked up 2 ppm I thought? I also used to have concerns about plastic but that seems like an insignificant figure
Well, plastic bottles at room temperature are not as bad as bottles exposed to the summer heat. I live in Florida and see all the time cases and pallets with bottled water sitting in front of gas stations, or outside of a loading dock of supermarkets baking on the 95 F sun. Those bottles become hot to the touch, and that's when plastic releases the majority of the chemicals.
@@Your-Self That would be an interesting test. I also live in a really hot area. I will leave a few distilled waters on the balcony for a week and then test
Absolutely, great idea for a test! I'm assuming you'll not get a large amount increase in PPM from a warm plastic bottle, but keep in mind that whatever small amount you'll measure - it will be very toxic for a human. Interesting to see the result though.
I bought this system from Amazon amzn.to/2Fi7bOa for $229 and replaced the last filter with mineralization cartridge for $119 from this company vitev.com/collections/alkaline-water-ionizers/products/remin-fresh-for-life-program-1-year-autoship
LOL... well, sort of. When the water has been cleaned through RO or Distillation prosses, it becomes very clean, acidic and "dead". If you add some minerals to that water, it becomes alkaline, clean and good for you!
The water doesn't like to be in an acidic state, so it scavenges the area for minerals to neutralize itself. So, instead of giving your body minerals, the distilled water will pull those minerals from your organs. To counterbalance it, you need to consume a lot of fresh fruits and vegetables or mineralize the water to make it alkaline, or at least neutral.
Essentia is a great bottled water with good alkalinity and TDS concentration. The only problem I have with Essentia is that it's sitting in a plastic container which may leach chemicals into the water. If Essentia was in a glass container, it would be the number one recommendation.
This water is not sold in my area, so I can't test it. However, according to the label, it's a natural sprigs water with TDS-220 and slightly alkaline pH-7.8. So it seems pretty good, especially in a glass bottle.
If you really want 100% natural& genuinely organic, then you need a time machine.. unless you sit in your room with a biohazard suit it will be impossible with the toxic modern world... thanks
If your water filter is a basic carbon block filter, this is as good as it gonna get. If your water filter is a RO system, the 87 TDS is pretty bad filtration and should be better. What is your regular faucet water TDS?
YourSelf Thank you for responding to My Question My Fossett water is reading 460 and the TDS meter light is red the back of the meter in red says contaminated level
The faucet water at 460 TDS is kinda high, so it's difficult for the filter to get excellent results. But don't worry 87 TDS is not too bad, ignore that "contaminated" sign on your meter. But if you had this filter for about a year, it's definitely time to change it.
YourSelf This is a brand new house and it gets changed every year and the guy that the office sent out he supposedly changed it I knew something was wrong because in the beginning the light was green and it read 37 and now the light is red reading 87 so they’re coming back out to look at it I don’t know what that guy did but he didn’t change it I feel like he put an old one on that he changed out from someone else
TDS is typically dissolved minerals such as - Calcium and Magnesium mostly and make water hard. A higher ph is good although I simply ass a little baking soda to my water to bring up the PH to about 7-7.5.
ET Himself incorrect..there should be no ppm in water for it to work through the lymphatic system..pure water is needed..all minerals are inorganic material n clogs the lymphatic system..pure water or no water.. simple..the stomach produces HCl ..it doesn't need to see baking soda ... period!

Please tell me
I've used these Reagent Drops from Amazon amzn.to/2XXIpuw
Looks like they've changed the appearance of the bottle since I've bought it.
Distilled water is the best! But not from Walmart..buy the machine and get pure water
Distilled water actually isn’t the best to drink
@@Your-Self Thank you so much for responding, I appreciate your helpful knowledge! Have a great day.
Central London tap water is 380 . 980 from the hot tap. Altehimers is through the roof in the UK. 500 ppm is undrinkable.. cheers
Hot water will always have higher TDS because it sits in a Water-Heater and picks up additional elements from that heater. My cold water is about 200 and hot water 230 TDS. The older the heater the higher TDS of hot water. Thanks for watching!
Now Graphene filters are being used as filteration system for London water
Buying a local distilled, or RO filtered water would be a good choice. Adding some minerals to that water would make it even better!
@@Your-Self I have well water. But now days even well water can be contaminated.
I've read that TDS below 50 can be bad for health. My tap is around 30 ppm. Should I be concerned?
If you consume plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables on a daily basis, you should not worry about low TDS water. However, if you eat mostly fast/junk or frozen foods, which are depleted of nutrients, you may want to drink water with higher mineral content.
i drink Dasani water. And it tastes good.
Great video bro, keep up the great work 👍🏻
Thanks for the visit!
this is really helpful.
You're like Walter white; very precise. With H2O not drugs lol
LOL, thanks for watching!
Thanks for sharing. What are the drops that you put in the water to show the acidity and ph color?
Those drops called Litmus Test pH from Amazon amzn.to/2XXIpuw Looks like they've changed the bottle design since I bought it.
@@Your-Self cool thank you. That was a quick response.
Why do you prefer your water so much alkalinity? As opposed to a neutral 7 pH? Are there any pros to this?
Neutral water is good, but alkaline water typically goes through a process of mineralization. And minerals such as Calcium, Magnesium, Potassium, Manganese, etc... make the water taste better and healthier for your body.
What did the counter-top RO kit cost you? And does the remineralization filter make the water alkaline? I'm looking to get a RO or distiller, and add nutrients but want the pH to be 7-7.5.
I have borwell water. Raw tested results show as follows:
1. pH :7.01
2. Tds : 156
3. Iron : 0.12
4. Total hardness:50
Is this spring borwell water can be good for converting to bottling plants?
Getting myself water filter as well.
Good idea!
Hello, what's the name of the orange substance that you put to test the water?. Can i also use it to taste juices and teas?
It's called the Litmus test pH drops.
But for juices and teas, you probably need paper pH Strips... not sure.
I love the music! Can you tell me what mix is that and the artist please, thanks?
The music is Mirror_Mirror - Diamond Ortiz ruclips.net/video/4xtwc33lXfI/видео.html
What's the fluoride ppm levels in these samples?
I know that the USA in 2015 decreased fluoride level in drinking water from 1.2 to 0.7 milligrams per liter. I don't have the right equipment to measure the concentration for myself, but it's probably not more than 0.7 PPM. However, the bottles which went through the Distillation or Reverse Osmosis will have undetectable amounts of fluoride.
What ph drops do you recommend? There are so many options and there seem to be many bad products out there.
In this video, I used Litmus Test pH drops from Amazon amzn.to/2XXIpuw
Seems to be accurate!
Thanks for your video . I am staying in Mexico , to prevent hard water from my tap , I installed a filter to add salt to make soften water . The TDS of my tap water is 250 ppm , what do you think?
Bad. Just get a distiller. See what’s left after a distillation
@@EdderzX1 distilled water is not good for you.
Hey, great video! I wasn’t able to find the remineralization filter on that company’s website. Do you have a direct link to it?
Thanks!
Yes, here is direct link: www.vitev.com/alkaline-water-ionizers-p/remin-program-1.htm
Get it with 12 month Auto-reorder... you can cancel re-order any time later and still save $30
Thanks again! Did you replace with Remineralization filter from the start? What's the difference of the two filters?
Typical basic RO systems come with regular Carbon Filter (charcoal) at the last stage to "improve" taste of already purified water. The last stage Carbon filter doesn't do anything else, so I replaced that useless filter with Remineralization cartridge. My purified water comes out at 9-ppm and Remineralization cartridge adds about 40-ppm of different minerals. Here is the detailed video of testing my RO: ruclips.net/video/iZg1QozPU20/видео.html
Keep in mind that RO companies offer cheap $20-$30 Calcium Remineralization cartridges made of Calcite/Corosex.
Thank you really informative so appreciate!!
Glad it was helpful!
So which water bottle was better in drinking ???
write down TDS count on in front of each cup, (I was actually thinking that is why you have paper there
You should check the ingredients they put in that water to make it alkaline.
Unfortunatelly I don't have the lab equipment to check for ingredients. But that would be nice to see, aspecially after the latest story on arsenic poison in Dr Pepper bottles... www.usatoday.com/story/money/food/2019/06/21/keurig-dr-pepper-pulls-penafiel-water-after-high-arsenic-reports/1528299001/
What about the Kangen water machine? I know that it creates a higher ph and low acidic water for cleaning purposes.but not sure about TDS.

I have well water and my TDS is 16 with a PH of 5.56. Do you think I am in the safe zone? Great video.
At least you don't have to filter the water, it's already clean!

why is acidic water bad and why is Alkaline water good?
When your body is acidic it is basically like your body has poison in it think of acid like batteries etc it’s not good. When your body is in this state it can cause health problems and cancer etc love this. You may get a lot of heartburn etc and leaky gut which is not fun and bad for you. Typically RO companies offer their cheap Remineralization filters made of Calcite/Corosex which release too many minerals at once into RO "aggressive" water and may be too much to handle for your kidneys. how do you feel of Acqua Panna?
what tool could you use to get a makeup of the particulates? a spectrometer?
I believe a Spectrometer is used to analyze light. But if you want to find out what exactly is in your water, it's best to send a sample to the lab.
YourSelf ok, yeah I agree. next step would be to find a cost effective lab. also, I asked about spectrometer because I watched a YT video and the guy in that video used the tool measure THC extract created through an infusion. the spectrometer I believe shines light through one side of translucent liquid and measures composition on the other side. it's used with retractable slides that hold a small amount of the liquid in an analysis staging area. pretty cool. I like your PPM measuring approach as well. great work!
Over 600,000
When Seattle Washington had over 1500 covid deaths all of British Columbia only had 117 covid deaths.

I just tested Walmart's great value bottled water and the TDS was 20 !
Not bad.
I prefer distill water with lime or , in that order.
Is too much alkaline a bad thing?

Where cab I get one of those water filtration systems??
Sooooo if it’s dirty, it’s alkaline. And if it’s clean, it’s acidic? 🤷🏽♂️
LOL... well, sort of. When the water has been cleaned through RO or Distillation prosses, it becomes very clean, acidic and "dead". If you add some minerals to that water, it becomes alkaline, clean and good for you!
YourSelf so drinking distilled water is bad?
The water doesn't like to be in an acidic state, so it scavenges the area for minerals to neutralize itself. So, instead of giving your body minerals, the distilled water will pull those minerals from your organs. To counterbalance it, you need to consume a lot of fresh fruits and vegetables or mineralize the water to make it alkaline, or at least neutral.

Can Someone Pls Help I Have Filter Water The TDS Meter Is Reading 87 Is This Good Or Bad
All that alkalinity gets negated when it hits stomach acid
Why does water produced by my distiller have 0004 PPM?
tds matters....ph does not!
TDS is typically dissolved minerals such as - Calcium and Magnesium mostly and make water hard. A higher ph is good although I simply ass a little baking soda to my water to bring up the PH to about 7-7.5.
ET Himself incorrect..there should be no ppm in water for it to work through the lymphatic system..pure water is needed..all minerals are inorganic material n clogs the lymphatic system..pure water or no water.. simple..the stomach produces HCl ..it doesn't need to see baking soda ... period!
I would say how ridiculous this alkaline water fad is but its a waste if energy.
