The first time I ever saw Willie Mayes was on the baseball game on television. I was about 5 years old. I was sitting on my grandfather's lap watching the baseball game. What is the purpose showing a reporter standing in high water during a flooding event? I'll never understand this. These reporters need to refuse the instructions if it could mean their life. We see the same thing when a hurricane approaches. Some reporter will be trying to stand up against the wind. It will take the death of a reporter to make the news stations stop doing this unnecessary thing. Itt needs to stop before it happens.
What’s funny is when the reporter focuses on a civilian walking through waste deep water under an umbrella. Also during hurricanes, there will be reporters scattered throughout the projected landfall cone while mandatory evacuations are in progress. Why should the public and residents leave the area if reporters are allowed to stay? That’s the definition of stupidity. Do as I say, not as I do.

That crazy moment when you're watching the news and see your dad's cousin and wife being interviewed (they were at the evacuation shelter in New Mexico). No update on their house, but their kids got them to safety in Albuquerque.
These days, you keep your doors locked no matter where you live. I'm a single elderly woman, and I live alone. My doors are locked day and night, and I live in a relatively safe neighborhood away from highly populated areas. I have had things stolen from my yard in the distant past, but I learned from those mistakes. I no longer leave things of value sitting outside. I also installed motion activated flood lights outside of my doors that will turn on whenever anyone or anything enters my yard after dark including wild rabbits, gophers, and neighborhood cats.
Get 3 big dogs !!animal shelters full...rescue 3 that love each other..feed at doors inside praise when bark! Put dog signs up of Doberman or Rottweiler best to adopt... put in bedroom if guests come...hold bowls when they eat to bond. Alarm systems 39-50 a month ..maybe rent a bedroom to military veteran!! 3 dead bolts and Window alerts cheep. .. Have church call checks a.m.&p.m . Or just text thumbs up agreed times. ❤

I was in a Dollar Tree in Longmont, Colorado about two weeks after the initial recall and they still had it on the shelf. I brought it to the attention of a supervisor and he assured me the manager was aware of it but that the Applesauce on the shelf was not part of the recall, which I knew to be a lie.

What is the purpose showing a reporter standing in high water during a flooding event? I'll never understand this. These reporters need to refuse the instructions if it could mean their life. We see the same thing when a hurricane approaches. Some reporter will be trying to stand up against the wind. It will take the death of a reporter to make the news stations stop doing this unnecessary thing. Itt needs to stop before it happens.

These days, you keep your doors locked no matter where you live. I'm a single elderly woman, and I live alone. My doors are locked day and night, and I live in a relatively safe neighborhood away from highly populated areas. I have had things stolen from my yard in the distant past, but I learned from those mistakes. I no longer leave things of value sitting outside. I also installed motion activated flood lights outside of my doors that will turn on whenever anyone or anything enters my yard after dark including wild rabbits, gophers, and neighborhood cats.
Get 3 big dogs !!animal shelters full...rescue 3 that love each other..feed at doors inside praise when bark! Put dog signs up of Doberman or Rottweiler best to adopt... put in bedroom if guests come...hold bowls when they eat to bond. Alarm systems 39-50 a month ..maybe rent a bedroom to military veteran!! 3 dead bolts and Window alerts cheep. ..
Have church call checks a.m.&p.m .

I was in a Dollar Tree in Longmont, Colorado about two weeks after the initial recall and they still had it on the shelf. I brought it to the attention of a supervisor and he assured me the manager was aware of it but that the Applesauce on the shelf was not part of the recall, which I knew to be a lie.
I stopped shopping in so called 99¢ stores a few years ago because of things like this. I am always trying to save a buck, but I just had to admit that these stores are generally managed so poorly that I could not risk it. What a mess! Stay safe everyone.
I remember hearing about this, and a week later, i went to Dollar Tree and saw this item still in the store, but i wasn't surprised, it not the first store I saw do this.
