Hello. Yesterday I measured the diameter of the pipe before and after the cat and coming off the Y pipe it was 3.5”, and behind the cat before the flex pipe it was 2.75”. I didn’t notice a reducer in your delete. What size pipe did you use. Thanks for your help & advice.
@@matthewwelch8797 No he never replied. I did buy a Flux core welder, and a exhaust pipe cutter at Harbor Freight so I plan to go at it pretty soon. I’ve been busy replacing the ball joints, the steering rack, and doing a 2” lift and level on the truck.
Just take a 3lb to 5lb small sledgehammer, a long prybar or long screwdriver, or a drill with a long auger bit attached & just have it. I did it to my '11 esky 6.2l, made a helluva difference. No codes thrown either.
Does it have a smell

Was there a sensor for the 3rd cat that would trigger the check engine light?!
Nope there's no sensor after the third cat so you're good
Amigo entonces no hay problema si le corto el tercer catalitico a mi 2016 silverado? Digo con lo del check engine o el emission test
No no ay ningun problema. Es solamente para cancelar el ruido para la cabina del motor i que se escuche mas silensioso el motor.
how do you pass inspection?
Deleting your third cat doesn't affect your inspection because you still have the two main cats.
@@elcuate6.2ltx2 does that include all states? Md
@@RSP_RED Yes this should include all states. Because I have friends that live in very strict states on emission tests and they pass the inspection.
Damn bro you sound like Freddy LSX lol
Lol. Thanks
