I must agree with you whole heartedly,this is in my opinion possibly the greatest recording of this duet I’ve ever heard.miss zeani sang this role for the Dublin grand opera back in the 50s,she was supreme Violeta,herlea is one of my favourite Germonts a very deep rich voiced baritone,his best role was rigoleto one he performed more than any other and well worth a listen

A fost poate cel mai bun Figaro. In rest vocea lui Herlea a sunat foarte bine in inregistrarile Electrecord. Dan Iordachescu ,a fost un bariton Verdian mult mai bun.
