A very special performance from Kailash and his band featuring Don Carlos on the classic song "Declaration Of Rights". This was part of Kailash's opening set to Don Carlos and Dub Vision's headlining act at the Center for the Arts in Grass Valley, California. Thanks to everyone who made this night possible.

No it was the abyssinians back in the 60s.the version I have is by the mighty diamonds on a front line album. Not played it for a while so forgive my confusion. I'm 63.
The mighty diamonds, the abyssinians, johny Clarke, Dennis brown have covered this track. But who did the original? I believe it was the mighty diamonds. Am I right.
The abyssinians are the original, however when mighty diamonds covered it, totally different lyrics "in these times of troubles, let's forget our shame and pride"
