That is a crazy set of complications but really cool. I definately dig that moon shaped date hand, what a cool idea to have it on the outside of the dial instead of in a window.
They are literally 20 minutes from me - great to see them reviewed. The Benzinger Choptank is my favorite. Being local I also really enjoy their local themed (Martin for the Aircraft manufacturer, Pride for the ship, Choptank and Potomac for the rivers etc.) names. They are luxury bespoke timepieces quality built ... with of course prices to match. Think Rolex prices but hand made small company with service and attention to detail to match a custom boutique manufacturer.
Gorgeous watch. Checked out their website and they have many beautiful and unique watches. Nice review as usual. Buying one would essentially ruin my Stout and Porter budget for years, though.
I really want to like this watch but it is so ugly Seriously I gave the screen a hairy eyeball when you said "beautiful dial" I appreciate the complications and quality but I guess beauty is in the eye of the beholder I even got drunk and watched it again but it didn't help Cheers!

Great Review. That’s a unique watch. BTW… I live near Towson and it’s pronounced Tao Son, like a towel and not a toe. Pretty common mispronunciation.

Actually, we only make 100 of each watch! Likely, no more than 20 Cockpit Moon's with the black dial will EVER be made. It do be sexy though.
