    I had a light substrate in mine and Helen said to change it to dark as they will loose too much colour, had mine about 3 months now and 3 lots of babies, mine are so dark they look black till they go nearer the light, if you want any more at any point for new blood just let me know. 😊

      They've bred literally this week, I filmed this ages ago, but as with all neocaridina, there will be a need for culling as the genetics aren't stable, and they all eventually try reverting to wild type
