      If you literally meant only vapour which is usually mild there is no need to worry. If it's in excess suction is the way to go. If hme has it , change the hme filter.

      10 ml syringe can be used . To check the optimal level of air inflation, cufflator should be used. Maintaining 25 cm h2o is recommended for best results.

      Pls make vedios on icu equipments n mchines such as ventilator n its parts. How-to operate then syringe pumbs n infusion pumps n bipap machine, defibrillator, it may useful to nursing students n other nursing staffs n paramedics 🙏

      You can use 10ml or 20 ml syringe. It's your wish and convenience but you are supposed to maintain 25 cm H2O . You can check the level of air inflated by using cufflator.
      Thank you for your feedback. I will try to make videos on the topics that you suggested. As I am currently not working in any Hospital I am unable to find the equipment to create the videos which you suggested. I hope to find any other way to create the videos. Thank you :-)

      @@ICUNURSE if pt is at home ter wil not available cufflator so we can use syringe only inflate n deflate so can how much can b inflated for tracheostomy tube...
