Thank you Saleem always great watching your videos how do we freeze the strips thanks for the great tutorials
Cling wrap them or put them in freezer bags and freeze for upto 6 months, pack them in 25 to 30 strips at a time.when required remove from freezer and allow it to fully thaw out and microwave them for 2 to 3 minutes on normal settings. It will be as good as the day you made them. God bless 🙏
Greetings. I just started watching your video and not only are you a great cook but also an awesome teacher. Thank you for sharing
Great tutorial 👌 👍 😊
Saleem, I love your channel. I just subscribed to it. I have watched your previous videos for making samosas and made some and they turned out beautifully. I am planning to make more of your recipes. I have a few questions. I want to try to freeze the pastry sheets for later use, so.
1. should I put cornstarch between layers, before freezing?
2. do you reuse frying oil, and if so how do you store used oil?
3. once frozen samosas, do you have to thaw them or do you fry them from frozen?
thank you
I was wondering if they can be made ahead and frozen too. Hope you get an answer soon =)

Mouthwatering..I'm putting more videos but no subscribers coming please can u give any tips to increase subscribers
Does all purpose wheat flour means all purpose flour(Maida)?
Wheat flour like plain flour
Can these be frozen?
Yes you can freeze them unfried. Pack them in freezer bags, one dozen at a time and freeze upto 6 months. When required remove from freezer and allow to thaw out a little, so that it seperates and fry on medium heat, until golden brown. Thanks. God bless 🙏
Please use a wooden spoon .the noise is disturbing and not healthy to use metal spoon to mix
Too Much Tumaric in this
