This scripture refers to the cost of living going up. Driving up the cost of basic needs such as bread. A penny in bible day represented a days wage. Oil and wine represent the wealthy. This cost increase will not hurt them as much. And I heard a voice in the midst of the four beasts say, A measure of wheat for a penny, and three measures of barley for a penny; and see thou hurt not the oil and the wine (Revelation 6:6).
The reference to 666 is a reference to the 9th gate which is a power of Satan Worshippers and their group. The 9th gate is a spiritual door in Satan's kingdom of the Spirit of Beelzebub....to eternal damnation... In God's kingdom the 9th gate is the spiritual life of Eternal Blessing. Read about the life of Elijah the prophet and his blessing from God. Then read 1st and 2nd Thessalonians.
