Hi friend! The drawers and the shelf were included with the house. It was not an upgrade! But it's best to check with the builder since nowadays they don't include a lot of things with the house anymore! Thank you for watching!
Please move the treadmill further away from the rear wall. That is a major hazard issue. Always keep good clearance at the rear of a treadmill for extra safety/major injury prevention.
Hi friend! 😀 We rearranged our furniture few days after we moved in. You are right! It's not safe to place the treadmill next to the window or close to the wall. We also noticed that around mid day weather here gets pretty hot and the sunlight from the window shines on the treadmill console making it hot.
