My head hurts but I finally made it! I was kinda struggling with putting the head to the long thingy but I managed to do it! The origami of the truck piece though were easy! I'll give you a like and your new subscribe!
I made a slightly altered version of this using this tutorial. Instead of using origami wheels, I used real wheels at the bottom and and another difference is that I used glue to stick together loose flaps (I can still take off and put back on the storage compartment that you place at the rear end of the truck). The reason why I changed this origami model a little is because it's for a physics project and basically my challenge was to build a paper car with the greatest momentum (fast and massive) using only 2 sheets of copy paper and glue for the car's frame and body (but not more than 2 mm in any one place). No other materials are allowed. The paper car must be able to carry a raw, Grade A, large egg down an incline racetrack ramp and protect it during a crash with a concrete block. The vehicle design should be able to withstand 2-3 trials/collisions without parts replacement or repairs and there can be no physical contact between the vehicle and the designer once the vehicle has been released onto the racetrack. In order to win the challenge, I have to have both a paper car with the greatest momentum AND an egg that survives the crash unharmed. The paper car must have a length no more than 16.5 cm, a width no more than 8.5 cm, and its height must not be too great (to measure velocity with a photo gate). It also must not exceed 40 grams in mass. Sounds like a lot, but, fortunately, I finally finished creating it. The challenge starts tomorrow and hopefully I get 1st place.
