The 2 year warranty doesn't mean anything, they'll just ignore you.
What will happen if it is over charged?
Once it is fully charged, the light switches off. Presumably it will stop charging and just keep it at full charge.
Can it compete with Infinity Fuze?
Absolutely!
Only 3hrs playing on max volume..
Should ask for a replacement! But remember at full blast the battery life drops significantly!
