I was Class of 94 at UW and it was the best experience of my life and the education I received there was stellar. A first rate, beautiful school in so many ways. Wouldn’t trade it for the world. Husky for Life. ❤ Just go! ❤️✨

Ya this is the worst thing about UW, I was just rejected from Direct to major into Computer Science, even though they just built a brand new CS building to try to keep up with demand. I really want to go to UW, but I would just hate to have to transfer after 2 years.
@@8802rocks I totally agree, Im a freshman trying to do EE but Im honestly scared Ill get rejected because of the Direct to Major thing they implemented making it even harder to get into the major. I just wish I tried to apply as a DA. Are you planning on still going to UW?

Blake Switzer Hahaha Madison is great but if you plan to be an academic or do research, you should've probably gone to UW. Otherwise though, no need to second guess, a Harvard student isn't going to be more successful than someone who goes to Haverford.

UW seems so cool but I'm from the Midwest and not sure if it is worth it (out of state tuition), also anxious about being that far from home. (I am a junior in high school.)

Not sure about other colleges but UW saves a lot of money using students and staff for their research. It's pretty cool when you have fiber optic wires ( like a toothbrush bristol coming out of your privates, no big deal just a lot of discomfort. Don't worry your feeling will be calloused by the harassment to help you adjust to the pain inflicted by low frequency electrical waves.
