Penn state fan here, so happy for Beau that he is going to such a good program. I was worried he was going to Iowa 😂. MIizzou fans, you guys got a DAWG and a great teammate. When I thought Allar was going to the draft I was very confident with Beau being our starter. I'll be rooting for you guys every game unless we meet in the playoff lol
Mizzou's mentality is dawg-like...wins a bunch of ugly games by just grinding it out and never giving up. If Beau has some dawg in him too, he's going to be a good fit. MIZ! Go PSU!
Pretty happy with this pick up! And yea, regarding Cook, I feel like we all forget that most fans wanted him benched all the way up until his last year when most fans finally conceded that he was the cemented starter. Even then there were some that wanted Pyne to start, so I don't know too many people that made excuses for him lol.
Pribula played QB since he was in 3rd grade. His older brother was the QB starter as a senior when Beau was a freshman, so Beau started as WR, safety and backup QB as a freshman. When his brother graduated, Beau went back to starting QB and safety from his sophomore to senior year.
Penn State fan here. Congrats on Pribula. I'm not like some other PSU fans and think he should've started over Allar, because he shouldn't have. Allar is a stud and a true NFL prospect, however Pribula is a football player and seems to have the 'it' factor even from his limited playing time at PSU. He has a ton of untapped potential and I hope he realizes his potential at Mizzou.
Imagine being so dumb as to leave almost any team in the SEC to go to Nebraska. Good riddance to you Williams. And have fun going 3 and 6 in BIG 10 play for the rest of your college football career
You guys don't have to worry about Zollers. Him and Pribula share the same sports agency, Aurum Sports. Zollers was most definitely on board with bringing in Pribula.
Mizzou adding the two offensive lineman, the stud back from ULM and a dual threat qb we are going to see a clock eating ground and pound team next season.
Lavar Arrington and Brady Quinn have talked about this dude a few times on their radio on Fox Sports Radio and they say he is a baller. Lets effffing GO Mizzou! #MIZ #ZOU
You just got a total winner. Psu gonna miss him so much. Beau has the dog in him. You can’t teach the dog in you. You have it or you don’t. Beaux has the dog in him. You guys are gonna love him. 9 forever. We Are.
FUCK yeah! This is stellar news. M-I-Z! I also agree about Cook. He's always been disappointing in his passing ability (especially the deep ball) and his designed QB run success. It was a miracle that Burden stayed. Cook was a gritty player and seemed like a great kid, but he's just not the quality QB to lead a playoff team. Pribula definitely has the potential. 2025 playoffs, here we come! 🤞
Mizzou receivers were lazy this year; did not work to get open; did not 'lay out' to catch passes, etc. Also, the offensive line was only about 80% of what they were last year. The QB usually gets more credit than deserved when the team does well, and usually gets more blame than deserved when the team does not do well. That is what happened to Brady Cook this year; more blame than deserved. Receivers cut off their routes many times. Mizzou won 9 games this year, and would have won 10 had the defense not laid down in the last minute against South Carolina. And ... do not assume Pribula will start; he will have to beat out Horn, Zollers, and Pyne for the starting job. Might not happen.
Beau didn't come here to not start. Yes, he still technically has to win the job and show up for fall camp ready to play, but he was brought here to start.
If Brady were SEC starter leadership material we wouldn't have issues with receivers. They were downtrodden because they didn't believe they had a QB that could get them the ball and they were right. It all comes back to the QB as it should he is the heart of the team and if he doesn't have the right mental and physical attributes the team suffers. I agree sometimes QBs get too much blame but that doesn't apply to every situation and not Mizzous. He got just enough blame. From the first game he wasn't right and it trickled down to the people who counted on his performance. Drink deserves some blame too because it seems his teams are always undisciplined. He needs to be a bit stricter you can't always be your kid's friend. And the O-line struggled at times and that exacerbated the QB issue. So it's not all Cook's fault but he was not good and I'm sorry but not a leader of men. He was a child imitating a man poorly. That won't cut it at this level. Wish him nothing but the best and I'm glad a kid dreamt of playing at Mizzou and lived his dream but thank goodness it's over.
@ShowMeFB hell if Mizzou can win 9 games with the type of Season Cook had...9 to 11 aint out the realm of possibilities with the new QB. If he's Cook but with a better arm and running ability I'll take it
Nittany Lion fan here. You landed a solid player with great skills. Congratulations and good luck next season Mizzou.
As a die-hard Penn State fan, Missouri fans are very lucky. Beau is a winner! You have nothing to worry about.

As a Penn St fan questioned at times if Beau should have been our starter instead of Allar. Oh well glad he gets his chance now!
Thank you for the decency and Sportsmanship.
We've got a solid Program here, think he'll do well.
Luck to y'all and Merry Christmas
great to hear
Hopefully, he gets his shot and makes the most of it. Congrats on a great season, as well.
Beau Pribula and Ahmad Hardy could have nice running numbers next year. Think Sellers and Sanders but Speed instead of power
It's going to be fun

Zollers seems like a really solid kid I wouldn't worry about him.

KABOOM!!!!!! Exact perfect fit in our offense.

PSU has a QB after Allar leaves but we all loved Beau. I'm not a Mizzou fan at all but I will be as long as Beau is there.
You guys don't have to worry about Zollers. Him and Pribula share the same sports agency, Aurum Sports. Zollers was most definitely on board with bringing in Pribula.
Agreed. They're both central PA kids. They've worked out together. It couldn't be a better fit.

agree completely
PSU fan, couple things. 1, F Brayden. 2, You guys got a GREAT player in Beau.
Getting in recruiting battles with Penn St left and right these days. Weird.

@@ShowMeFBDrink really doesn't like Sam Horn lol.
@@stormageddon248 LOL! Clown show talk. Obvious you know very little, but like to talk a lot.
Welcome Home, Beau.
