Finally, someone has made a video that makes sense. Reading the comments in other videos were they're use stones and knife sharpening plates, the viewers are like "oh I get it, Thanks" Knowing they didn't get it and are probably somewhere trying to hold down a 6 year old for a trim.

O al menos eso es lo que da a entender,.... no, para que distintos diámetros de discos de afilado den el mismo resultado sobre las cuchillas, es necesario tallar distintos ángulos de rectificación sobre su superficie. Ahora, supongo que a ésta altura, o desde un comienzo, existe una fórmula matemática para calcular el ángulo necesario en distintos diámetros de discos. Sería bueno poder acceder a dicha fórmula, solo el que está en el tema debe saber cómo calcularlo.

I finally get it. It's because the blade is a ~1 inch plane while the tip edge "line" never comes in contact with the cone. If it did from too much grinding I think that would be a problem.
