    Ingredients:
    1) Oil - 1 tbsp + 1 tsp
    2) Drumstick Leaves - 1 cup ( Dried withou stem for atleast 24 hours )
    3) Moong dal - 1/4 cup
    4) Urad Dal - 1/4 Cup
    5) Jeera - 1 tbsp
    6) Desicated Coconut powder or dry coconut grated - 1/2 cup
    7) Tamarind - small Lemon size ( 1 tbsp )
    8) Chilly Powder - 3 tsp
    9) Jaggery - 1 tsp
    10) Hing - A pinch
    Tips n Tricks:
    1) The Chutney pudi can be stored upto a month.
    2) Garlic can be used instead of Hing.
    3) Dry cooconut powder is added only when last 2 to 3 minutes of roasting of dals is left
    as coconut may turn black(burn).
