I am just simply trying to order a card reader for a used machine I purchased. My first machine was bought at A&M Vending and they took care of setting up card reader and it has been flawless. The website is giving me an error message when I try to order the reader. Send an email over the website as well as called yesterday. No luck yet. Not promising but hey, I'm gonna give em another shot. I will update this post to let people know in the future of my experience. Thank you Adam for helping all of us new to vending.
Yes waiting time was 1 min , I have ask other vending operators in the fb group I moderate and they are saying the same thing. Tech Support is better than pre covid days
5min hold time lol...thsts a lie!!!... hold two hours then it clicks and they hang up!! Lots of vendors are troubleshooting there own card reader issue's!!!
I bought a used reader 2 weeks ago and was shocked to find out that it would take 6+ WEEKS to transfer a device. That sounded insane to me.
Even cantaloupe says it could take a long time, but it was within a week for my transfer.
yeah maybe 3 weeks for me

Is it possible to transfer a device without the previous account info. I have 4 machines with card readers on them.
One of the speakers stopped working on one of mine. Been debating if its worth it to call/email in, good to know they improved in their times!
Been waiting on a call back from the billing department for 2 days!!! Called multiple times.
I hope so it's frustrating to be onsite, and waiting for a call back or on hold for an hour.

No we haven’t had a need for any.. want people to use card over $20 bills

Mine keeps freezing or not working
Wait time about 20 to 60 min in the morning and the after noon for get about it.

They are overseas, I have multiple issues that have yet to be resolved.

Who are you dealing with? I'm about to sue them. I have lost hundreds of dollars and they just tell me to continue to send emails.. Crazy..

Try 6 to 48 hours so I call bs
