note to future developers: all master bedrooms should have exclusive balconies all bedrooms should have mirrors in instances where there is a common washroom for visitors, the bathroom and toilet should be separate. laundry area should be clearly indicated, especially in this era of washing machines. In instances where space allows, the servant quarters should be adjacent to the kitchen. Order of activities in the master bedroom is: master bathroom, closet (very near to the bathroom) then the bedroom area. Thanks, nice presentation.
Watched three of your presentations though good ..but miss crucial details like the access to other facilities like schools, public transportation, security eg and more what construction materials used eg the floors or type of wood or tiles where possible or the type of doors whether Cyprus or mahogany etc Am watching from United Kingdom. And think you are evolving nicely. Keep it up.
The house is awesome 😎 The only challenge with the Acacia area is the road. When it's dry the limestone dust is too much. It's not healthy for the lungs.
I applaud you for your great presentation. Keep up the good work. I'd actually like to see that house when I get to Kenya in February 2021. Is it still still available for a tour?
@@AfricanRealEstate I definitely will. I have also been watching your other developments. I have a good array of properties to choose from when I am ready. You will definitely hear from me at the right time.
Great stuff there. Though The water storage up there is very small. Kenyans like larger storage unlike European countries. I hope the backyard is large enough to hold more storage especially for a place like Kitengela.
Hi great job your doing, this is a fantastic HOUSE but can I just correct you on the description of the property this is not a maisonette but a house,a maisonette is a two - storey flat/apartment without a shared corridor to your own front door, if houses are joint together they are called terraces here in the UK
I find it very funny from you....and what do you call it in America?because in the Hague,Terraces are the places just outside the bars or pubs where people enjoying some cold drinks.
In kenya its 1) bungalow - 1 level 2) mansionette- 2-3 levels 3) flats or apartments depending on the location. In posh areas its an apartment, in less posh areas its flats 4) mansion in the rich neighborhoods 😂😂
I need this house , let me save up before the next units are over.but the master bedroom needs a bath tub.Good job to everyone associated with this mansions
Please improve on your videography; you were looking at areas and telling us what they were as opposed to showing us like the pantry, kitchen garden and ground floor guest bathroom The interior was a clashing match; bad choice in tiles, doors and windows
