I cannot believe this is a high school production. The costumes, set, and all of the actors completely embodied their characters!! Sandy’s belt was so clear and amazing!! 💛🍔🌋

Omg when sandy hit the high note I died. She’s incredible. The mr Krabs voice is really close to the original, im really impressed, and plankton brought the Wesley Taylor energy and I loved it. My only thing is… was it just me or was SpongeBob flat for most of it?
Hate to burst your bubble but they are just kids they aren’t on Broadway yet and they don’t have to be perfect plus they don’t have to act exactly like the obc they’re just trying to have fun, imagine how much hard work they had to do for this whole thing.

It's a local youth theater and it is part of the Collegiate Pursuits program where they put on high-end productions. These kids are amazing and so are the directors and choreographers!

No, he did not do Spongebob. He was Gomez when she was Morticia in Addams Family which are on my channel too. Those were a little older but you can find them.
4:45 Does anyone know why they take away the little Plankton most of the show? Well it’s because they want people to focus on Riley and not the stuff animal. In theatre you want to give people the real deal. If you have something to represent your character and take it away it settles peoples eyes on you. I think it’s clever. It just makes the show even better and more like your inside a life action cartoon with stuff as: Barnacle Boy/Guy making all the sounds has some parts in the show where he’s helping the characters and it’s all scripted, or Karen with a computer next to her representing her character, my favorite Mr. Krabs has his “Big Meay Claws” from the show (That’s what there called. It freaks me out) and Squidward with hind legs!
i havent seen a better production of this yet, there is some singing that needs to be touched up like shouting while singing but other than that it is perfect

As someone who studies singing and musicals (some are school / college ones) I stumbled upon this and found out he has to pose since there is so much muscle that it will ruin the costume if he puts his arms down.
