Simple way to resolve boot loop issue in MI Stick or any android Stick.
Step 1: Power of the Stick
Step 2: Press and hold the ok/center button and the back button on the remote.
Step 3: Power on the stick
Step 4: On the bootloader screen, select Reset Data/Partition
Step 5: Reboot the stick on completion
