One of the easiest ways is to use the VltEd and change the iscustomizable from false to true (also the changes will be visible if you will make new alias)
I didn't add all the cars that belonged to different characters. I added one maximum of two cars to each character. I think that's enough.

Because it's the car you used before you got your hands on an M3 E46.
@@Xfighter04 and bmw was late added, as shots inside cockpit are still from supra, just like they used audi a4 as player choice car in nfs mw.
