Sami this is gold.. so glad I’ve purchased several of your patches over the years. Hope you continue with these deep dives .. sound design is hardly ever really taught online
I know this video is 6 years old, but i wanna say thanks.. I have had repro and diva demos on my PC for a long time and have been unable to pull the trigger since i didnt know which one i wanted/"needed". Playing along with this demo made me realize i need both lol.. but i picked up repro between my first and second watch of this video. I appreciate your teaching and presentation style. So thanks again!
@AiynZahevSounds can't wait! Thankfully U-he make demos that are really not too intrusive so you can really take your time before purchasing it. I need some time or a sale before I spend another 180 bucks on another softsynth lol
My god this synth is so much deeper than it looks. It was already my favorite vst but now I just want to dig in deeper! Honestly this is one of the most mindblowing tutorials on sounddesign I've seen, much respect for you sir.
It's incredible how varied and deep sounds can be achieved from a such - seemingly! - "simplistic" synth like Repro-1 if you know it and understand what you're doing. Awesome video!!! :)
Excellent. I can really feel your expertise. I think I'll grab some of your patches as a great learning tool. I just bought the Soundforce Repro 1 controller, so I want to immerse myself in the Repro synths.
Wow, really nice tutorial! You explained very well some nice tips, I learned lot of things and by the way you convinced me to order it. Can you do other tutorials on sound design ? Thank you have a good one!
Those tricks with the EQ/res pedal comeee on that’s pure genius ❤

@@PeteGunnShow great. I’ve got a similar video planned for diva soon too

@@PeteGunnShow I know they make the best kind of demo! Diva is pricey in todays market but I’ve been using it for 12 years and it still sounds amazing

It's deceptively deep! Very nice touches from U-he as always. Thanks very much for the comment!
Incredibly useful tutorial. I've been drastically underutilizing this plug for a long time.

Bought your Prometheus pack yesterday. It's amazing!

That sound at about 6:22 sounded much like the beginning of Turbo Lover by Judas Priest.
Mad useful. Arturia emulations getting so much more hype makes these feel like secret weapons
This video is simultaneously a painful reminder that I don't really know what I'm doing and a huge step towards getting there.
Your channel is underrated.
Gold! Thanks Aiyn!
Wow, thanks for showing us some of your secrets!
u-he stuff is off the charts, great vid!
Yes indeed, thanks for watching!
Great cues man! Thanks a lot for this!
These robot intros are super-cute :)

beautiful vid, learned some new tricks. thanks
Thanks for the comment!
Brilliant Sami
Great tips! And kudos for the "tip number" robot voice XD
Sound Author possibly izotope vocalsynth
@@andivax No it wasn't Izotope, it was one made by Plogue
Excellent tutorial! Thank you!!!
You're welcome, thanks for the comment
This is fantastic, thanks!
Nice work man!
This is gold
Good tips...very thx.
Hi SamiRabia, Is it possible to create ratcheting notes on Repro 1 Sequencer? thx
thanks!
What's that oscilloscope thing you're using near the beginning?
Right? Doesn't look familliar and I've searched for every single one out there.
oh right it's just blue cat scope without the UI around it
Can I ask a dumb question? What are you using for waveform display on the left? Is it a plugin or built into Live?
Hey, not a dumb question at all. I've been asked that a lot. It's Bluecat Oscilloscope
Sir What Kind of spectral analyzer do You Use ?
That one there is made by BlueCat Audio, Oscilloscope I think it's called.
which analyzer are you using?
Bluecat Oscilloscope
My friend you are awesome! I would love to hire you to teach me some things about synthesis if your interested. Please let me know.
Nice vid dude. Can I ask what oscilloscope you used?
Thanks. It's Blucat oscilloscope. Be aware though is has a few ms delay time to display the image, my video editing makes it look instant.
I use RS Met Signal Analyser in FL but last time I checked it still doesn't work in Ableton :(
Nice one - I'm still trying to find the best one.
Thanks....I'm using Ableton....I'll give it a try though.
Check the RS-Met website, he released a new version called ToolChain, which is 64bit! It includes the analyser and other tools all in one plugin.
I made a Repro 1 demo of best presets here : ruclips.net/video/x8Ur-sj8nxo/видео.html
I love this video! Excellent work
What oscilloscope plug-in are you using ?
Blue-cat Audio
@@AiynZahevSounds thanks purchased halcyon 2 and Prometheus today .. killer sounds man !!
@@DoctorJRx Oh awesome, glad you like them!
@@AiynZahevSounds Do you still use Cubase ? if not why do you prefer live ?
