  • Some of you have asked about printing with homemade gelli plates and why they don't work the same as commercial ones. This video is for you! If you find that they can be a little tricky to use you're right but hopefully this video will help you figure out the best way to print for your project.

    Hey Kathy, can you mix the new amaco inks to make different colors? Love printmaking. On clay blows my mind.

    Thank you for the video. Is there a reason that you didn’t just press the inked gel plate to the clay forgoing the tissue paper? And when there is remaining ink on the plate, just stamp it on another tissue for a second print

      I found it difficult to print on the clay without it smearing but if you can get it to work that would be great!

    today 8/13/2024, I tried to find the Amaco Inks at different pottery supply stores. Any idea when the Inks might be available?

      There has been a delay but it should be very soon!!!
