This is a freaking awesome idea for a Sonic game! There should be areas added that will only be accessible to certain robots. Hell, you could have a Metroidvania Sonic game where you can explore and find upgrades and rare robots for Flicky. There’s just so much you can do with the mechanic of hijacking robots.
I know right? Someone should totally do that! Better not put it to waste.

In the final episode, Tails would be the villain because of the number of times he got abused by Flicky. Also, some of the animals (who got abused and kicked out of their mech suits by Flicky) will work for Tails

A fan game of this would be awesome, I love the idea of hijacking different badniks and taking control of them. Just imagine when you defeat Mecha Sonic on Death Egg Zone and then you use him to fight the Death Egg Robot. 😃

To be honest I've seen/heard this first in a SRB2 Wad/Mod, where you can play as the Flicky, but that's another story, that was playable and this is an animation, so should give more props to the animation, so great job, hope to see some more :)
I find it amazing how you can replicate that Sonic Advance/Sonic Mania 360 turn effect!

*Badnik Notes: Emerald Hill*
This is a comprehensive guide to Flicky's tendency to pilot Badniks. Being a little bird, he doesn't quite have much force behind his jump, but his power allows him to energize, reconfigure, and pilot any Badnik he comes across! Of course, most any Badnik Flicky pilots can fall apart with a good hit, but he's still fast without them, and he doesn't lose a single ring!
Chomper: These river-hopping rapscallions may not look it, but they have a fast set of wheels to go with that vicelike bite.
Coconuts: As the name implies, this cheeky chimp is a veritable tree-bound turret of nuts for days, able to toss in any direction he pleases.
Buzzer: Buzz Bomber models like this make for incredible aerial assault vehicles. Able to reorient on a dime and shoot or increase/decrease height mid-forward movement, one has to wonder where Flicky got so good at piloting flying machines.
