... the bigger wrecking ball part would have worked for an interesting Sonic Mania boss throwback fakeout. Kinda like in S4Ep2 when the Sylvania Castle boss was going to be an Aquatic Ruin rehash and then GIANT PLANT.
Sonic probably could have dodged most of these. But yeah, number 5 was pretty brilliant.

Those are all cool ideas; the bigger wrecking ball and the bomb are devious, as well as the dropdashing ball.
About the ring-lookalike ball, got me thinking... I always imagined some kind of trap for Sonic like this: you know the chain holding it? It seems made of magnetically linked metal rings, instead of looking like a real chain. I'm sure it is easier to do chains like that in 2D games, that's why so many games have them that way.
Anyway, I was thinking, what if the *ball chain* was made of *collectible golden rings?* So, if Sonic touched a part of the chain, he would collect them... thus snapping the chain, which could spell trouble, depending on the momentum of the wrecking ball.
I like the thought of star power... but isn't the ball already invincible? :/
Nice video. Only thing, I wouldn't have fallen for it being shaped like a ring. Again, really nice video. A lot of those are ways eggman could've defeated sonic with the wrecking ball.

7 ways Sonic could PROBLABLY dodge Robotnik
1.Dodging the spin dash and Robotnik has only his flying machine
2.Sonic steals the star and defeats Eggman
3.Sonic kicks the bomb to the other side of the screen
4.Quickly getting to the flying platflorm, and when the ball is about to kill jumping to Robotnik
5.That can't insta-kill Sonic, to the battle continues because Sonic knows it's a fake ring now
6.Sonic gets to flying platform before ball starts moving, then spin-dash-jumps to Eggman
7.Sonic hides behind platform so that he can't shoot Sonic
Shaping the wrecking ball like a ring is a really funny way to kill Sonic with the wrecking Ball
No Way Sonic Will Live Won't he?
Let's hope Dr Eggman never watches any of these videos, for if he does, then we're doomed!
The sonic in this video didn't even try to dodge most of them though.
Some of those attacks just came down to hiding in one spot.
how sonic could escape these:
1: remain on the platforms at all times
2: get the invincibility box in that tree right before the fight
3: drop dash into the ground like how he did with the loops in hill top that led underground
4: spindash through the wrecking ball like how he did in doomsday zone with the asteroids (if he brought the chaos emeralds with him. If not idk)
5: Don't be dumb and think robotnik would actually bring something you like to a fight
6: spindash into the machine holding the wrecking ball. He definitely could
7: just run away from the target XD
For number four when it goes up to the right run to the left to avoid the wrecking ball
6 wouldn’t work cause this is Sonic 1 and he hasn’t learned the Spindash form tails yet cause they haven’t met

This also makes me question many games that are RPG, like Mario & Luigi series.
I'm pretty sure in every one of them, the "final boss" meets Mario & Luigi early in the story, but they don't wipe the floor with them themselves.
