    Customer service is everything❤ So glad they took care of you. That’s fantastic! And I hear you about “small” orders. Every order is an investment financially & emotionally when you’re passionate about your company and most of all customers. Great video! 👏🏻👏🏻

    I buy Coconut wax from Cal Candle Supply and never had any issue with them. They're customer service is great.

    CCS are rock stars in customer service and support small business. They have responded immediately when I have asked for advice regarding an order. This occurred when wondering which wicks to use when I had a large wedding candle order. They have the best customer service!

    You just received a blessing. Most likely, you postal carrier at your old address caught it and got that forwarded to you. I can almost guarantee that’s how that happened

    I recently gave myself a panic attack. So im right there with you. I recently started booking for pop up events for the coming month. Once I realized I over booked for 2 events for the same day, I had to set up at 6am for one event in LA, CA then another one at 4pm in West Covina, CA not calculating rush hour, I started to freak out on the day of and on the drive. I eventually did make it work but that time just thinking and thinking and afraid that I will miss load times and lose my spot was crazy. So Im right there with you and sending you a viral hug!       Oh my! That sounds like a super stressful situation and also like something I would do 😂 I had way too much on my plate back when I made this video I’ve slowed down a lot (deffinetly burnt out). Just remember to take time to yourself and don’t over work yourself! Self care is so important as small business owners we tend to forget to prioritize it 🤍

    Thanks for sharing this story. I’m thinking about opening my candle business , but with so many things to buy and so many companies out there it’s hard to narrow down where to shop. I’m still saving up for the supplies but when I’m ready I will definitely look into California Candle Supply.

    I order my jars from CalCandle Supply and the company and employees are absolutely wonderful!! Very responsive to both emails and calls. I have the jars shipped across country (to NJ) and out of the last 600 jars, only a couple have been broken in transit.. and CCS remedied it right away. Makes me feel good about continuing to pay insane shipping prices since their their customer service is so great!

      @@EclipseBotanica I was having difficulty ordering online with my rewards and the promo they were advertising. So I called the customer care and John said I could not use them. We had a slight language barrier but I gave it my best. He finally hung up on me and wiped out my basket. Then I had to call back and get a different person. There was no shift supervisor To talk to to untangle the mess. But the other lady helped me but still continue to try to get me to go away and not use my rewards and the promo. All in all it was at least an hour and 15 minutes of me being on the phone with them
      Since all craft stores, any stores, are two hours away sometimes I have to order online. The first time I ordered online with them they picked my order in California. Some items show they would come to me in Michigan and somethings were picked in California. That also took a very long time to fix
      A few weeks ago I physically drove to the store which is of course two hours away and finally a clerk had to help me locate items because they were all over the store. Meaning resin items would be in three different places and so on
