Suppression of emotional conflicts, pain, anger, fear is also cause for diseases like cancer, heart problems and other metabolic problems. Mind and body are interrelated. People are not aware of this.we can't come to know about what is going on in their inner mind. If negative feelings or thoughts are suppressed,this will affect our body negatively. Modern doctor just see the physical things, they too are not aware of the influence of inner/ subconscious mind on body. Best example is case of Anita moorjani.
Please study about this and spead the awareness through your channel. We have to take care of mind as much as care we take of our body.meditation should be part of our life.

I practiced Vipassana meditation, am practicing, it helped me keep mind calm, accept the thing as it is.
My cholesterol was high, doctor advised me medicines and told if not taken I may develop heart problems within one year. But instead of medicine I meditated two hour/day.after one year, report was absolutely normal. One of my friend came out of hypertension,now her BP is normal without medicine and her perception towards life has changed too.
