I've swapped them all around with gustav, chief zoria, solaad, gara, derocchio, bellion from the 6 knights of black. My team now is simon, deathpierce, jenna (she's actual good) diane, meli with nerobasta as support she's good too.
6 people on a team? you unlock another character slot when you upgrade your tavern. You wanna upgrade the orb at the bottom right since that give you the extra slot

you have to be in the uk or Malaysia. I think the only way around it is to make an account based on them locations but not sure how to do it

no, since its the beta they arent pushing the game as much. I imagine we will see alot more community servers and reddits when it fully releases
